They sold a nice product for a reasonable price. We had an issue with the quality of the product so asked for money off as an exchange would take too long. This wasn't an option. Reasonable customer service

I ordered an LG American style fridge freezer before my house sale completed and Paul Davies were accommodating on the delivery date. The service was good and they considered a special request for delivery of the fridge to go up a flight of stairs to our 1st floor kitchen. The delivery guys cited insurance issues as the reason for not helping with the fridge freezer upstairs. After another week, and having to buy a stair trolley, we managed to get it up stairs. But thanks for a good service nonetheless

Took delivery of a fridge freezer that was faulty from installation - had nothing but trouble with the manufacturer staff so I spoke to the staff at Paul Davies - it was sorted in a couple of hours and a replacement fridge was delivered the next day - absolutely amazing customer service - I can't fault the staff at Paul Davies - brilliant people.

Found this company to be the cheapest regarding the Miele Dishwasher that I wanted. This was delivered when promised (I delayed delivery), was extremely well packaged and on pallet, and by a very obliging delivery man. I would definitely recommend this company for their helpfulness, knowledge and without doubt their pricing.

What a brilliant company bought a new oven / hob ...fridge and a freezer goods delivered when they said they would...fitters excellent...and the products are fab...would recommend Paul Davis kitchens and appliances
