Jun 09,2021i ordered an item from the website (£600 dishwasher) and was written to, to arrange a delivery date. the next email was to state that the item was not in stock and there is no lightly hood it will come back into stock. the payment was made on a debit card and their payment system is pay-pal so there is a possible 14 day delay on the refund. in the meantime i have to borrow on a payday loan to get my kitchen fitted on time. thanks for nothing-i wont be using you again!

May 18,2021Very happy with the deal I had with Paul Davies for the Tumble Dryer, and it looks great in my kitchen and works really well. Little disappointed that I didn't qualify for free delivery as nine miles isn't classed as local apparently! Collected instead and staff were very pleasant and helpful.

May 18,2021Very good value warming drawer. While the £45 delivery charge seems steep, it was delivered to Newcastle upon Tyne by Paule Davies own driver rather than a courier. Even taking in to account that cost the drawer was only 40% of the price a national retailer beginning with C are selling it for ! Total bargain. I was planning ahead for a kitchen project so ordered the item weeks in advance. I tentatively chose the latest available delivery date although I had some reservations about delaying the delivery by some weeks , worried they might outsell my product then not be able to deliver. Should not have worried. It arrived on the day I chose, no bother !

May 02,2021Looking to purchase a new Gas cooker, I searched the internet intensely and found Paul Davies to be cheaper by far. Further research, going into reviews were positive (ish), so contacted the company on the Monday morning to inquire into such as availability, delivery and more importantly how I would get on should I need to use the warranty. Service was quick, and I spoke to a very friendly sounding lady who put my mind to rest regarding my inquiries ... thank you, to the lady to whom I spoke. Being pleased thus far, I ordered the Beko cooker that I had chosen and was pleasantly surprised as to how easy, straightforward and simple the experience was. That was that. Within no time at all I had an email confirming purchase, followed shortly by another confirming arrangements for delivery and three days later the Cooker was in fact delivered. All as arranged and described - Brilliant. The delivery driver was great, arrived exactly as arranged. My cooker was onto the trolley and in my hallway in no time at all. He helped unwrap the delivery so that I could check it's condition, which needless to say was perfect, care having been taken by the looks of things throughout the whole delivery process. So far, I can only say a big thank you to the Paul Davies team for a seamless purchase and delivery. All I have to do now, is prepare the kitchen and arrange installation. Apr 30,2021I ordered a gas cooker for parents and needed to check a few details, i rang and found the staff to be really helpful. The item was delivered earlier than first stated but had a message to confirm this, so really helpful. The delivery driver was really polite and helpful and my parents wanted this stated in the review. So altogether very happy customers. Thank you Paul Davies kitchens and delivery team. Will be back to shop more later.

Apr 24,2021This product is so much more than had I hoped for. I have always wanted an American Fridge Freezer, almost all being too wide for the alcove in my kitchen. Being slightly more narrow this ICEKING fits perfectly..and looks fabulous. Very quiet with loads of room inside to reorganise, and it’s on castors which is a real bonus for me. Paul Davis Kitchens provided an excellent service. When I had to re schedule delivery they were very helpful. Delivered safely and right into my kitchen which was wonderful. Would definitely recommend this product and Paul Davis Kitchens👍👍👍👍👍
