I placed my order later one evening,received a message right back and although I live the other end of the country received my oven 2 days later .Wow brilliant service very pleased.
Had stock when others didn’t. Website stock level info was accurate, and gives confidence when ordering. Delivery was swift and was kept informed of delivery status. Delivered in good condition by helpful delivery driver. Can definitely recommend.

Oven arrived damaged and to make matters worse the carriers hit a wall when leaving. Over 7 weeks for a replacement with no guaranteed date for delivery. Not a good customer experience.

After an incredibly stressful experience using Paul Davies Kitchens and Appliances I would not recommend this company. Purchased a cooker in lockdown and couldn't get it installed until 4 months later. Upon unpacking the cooker we found it to be damaged. A manufacturers engineer attended our property and deemed the cooker to be beyond repair. PD were given an uplift number to claim back directly from the manufacturer that same day. Every month my estimated delivery date for a replacement moved by a month and in the end I requested a refund as I had given it a more than reasonable amount of time. PD stated they had spoken to the engineer who told them I had refused a repair. I spoke to the manufacturer who said this absolutely was not true and I quickly provided PD with a copy of the engineers report. This email was ignored! I was (wrongly) told I wasn't entitled to a refund even though under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if the item can't be repaired and is reported within 6 months I am entitled to a replacement or FULL refund. The cooker wasn't collected on the day it was supposed to be. When I finally got a refund I wasn't refunded the £90 delivery charge. Spoke to Citizens Advice who told me because it was a faulty item I was entitled to a full refund including delivery charge. Gemma was extremely dismissive and unhelpful telling me I wouldn't be getting a refund for the delivery charge and that she had refunded the cooker as a gesture of goodwill!!! It's the law but she was refusing to acknowledge that. I sent a letter threatening court action as advised by Citizens Advice and received an email from Sue apologising and telling me the delivery charge had been refunded the same day the letter had been signed for. No apology from Gemma. Citizens Advice told me they had passed on the company details to Trading Standards after I had sent them all of my supporting evidence. We wanted to support a smaller business during the current climate but after the way I was spoken to, ignored and dismissed we used a large well known electrical company who sent out our new cooker right away, offered to bring it inside the house for us and have been excellent to deal with. We only wished we had used them in the first place. Once PD have your money they will hold on to it and ignore emails, fail to return calls. After one phone call with Gemma I asked how I put in a formal complaint; I was told to email her and she would review my evidence. My complaint was about Gemma and the way she spoke to me so I can't see that going very far. If you have already made the mistake of using PD and are currently having issues I recommend recording all phone calls yourself after requesting and not being provided with recordings of my own calls (even thought their phone line states calls may be recorded). We made sure to record all phone calls after this to be able to provide to the small claims court.
