Feb 10,2020Poor customer service, didn't deal with incompetence of the driver who didnt manage to take old appliance away and said that it would be perfectly fine to rearrange. Customer service denied this and didnt attempt to put anything right.

Feb 08,2020After I bought a dryer on their website I got email that they do not have it in stock and that I will have to wait for two weeks. After I checked the reviews and realise that other people had the same experience I cancelled the order. They were quick with the refund.

Jan 24,2020I had never even heard of Paul Davis, It was Curry's who sent me there due to there poor range of Range cookers. Once inside I couldn't believe the amount of kitchen goods on display. The staff were very helpful and we found the range cooker we were looking for. Paul Davis even held onto the cooker until were ready for the delivery. Based on the discovery of Paul Davis and there huge range of products, it will be my first port of call from now on for any future purchases

Feb 27,2020Absolute cheating company. I placed an order for one appliance, which they had in stock, in an evening and went to cancel next day morning. I was charged £14.59! The T&C on receipt generated in store doesn't mention about any charges. They said that it's mentioned in their website. I checked the website after leaving the store because it was a total surprise to me because nowhere does it say that I have to check website before buying in store! The website mentioned 1.5% administration & transaction charge. I was charged at 6%! When I called back, Gemma(Manager/boss) told me that I must have kept the website page opened from last year! they changed the percentage on website after I spoke to them!:-? I've got before and after pictures as well. She's not coming on the phone anymore!
