Dreadful service from this company. ordered a dishwasher at the end of July - delivered in October. Poor communication, missed the promised delivery times. Will never use again - stick to credible retailers.

Purchased an item through their website for delivery to London. Checked my postcode and it stated delivery was free. Less than an hour after placing the order they emailed demanding another £70 for delivery as it is "outside their area". How they can't make this clear on their website before accepting payment is beyond me. Would not recommend at all. And now they've responded that there is an extra charge for delivery to Scotland, northern Island (sic), and Cornwall. Last time I checked London wasn't in any of these locations. If they can't even take time to read the actual complaint, then they clearly aren't particularly professional. Avoid.
Excellent customer service from friendly and helpful staff from start to finish. We order a tumble dryer over the telephone. The cost was well over £100 cheaper than any other supplier however the assistant dealing with our enquiry was most helpful in discussing the details in respect of delivery etc - we live in the West Midlands. This was not a problem and the dryer was delivered as promised by a very friendly and helpful driver who also removed our old dryer at a cost that was less than the local disposal fee! I have no hesitation in recommending Paul Davies to any potential customer, they are reliable, efficient, customer focussed and thoroughly professional. I will have no hesitation in buying from this company again and they will be my first point of call.
I searched for a particular freezer and none of the big sellers had it in stock and would take advance orders but Paul Davies was brilliant in all aspects. They did not have it in stock but ordered it for me and from start to finish, my experience with them has been extra ordinary. I was kept informed of the order and the delivery was arranged without any problems and on time. Well done and keep up the good work. Gemma was very customer friendly and helped me with the efficient delivery.
Visited Paul Davies recently looking for a cooker and hob. Staff were very friendly and helpful and helped us choose the correct appliance we needed for our kitchen.

Very rude and poor customer service from the colleague who opened the door and her superior that she called over. Colleague was on the phone while opening the door to me half way. Next time please finish the conversation and then answer the door so you dont need to roll your eyes at me when I enter. Told by one colleague to only sanitise if i touch merchandise whereas her superior didn't trust my word that I had sanitised and asked me to sanitise infront of her. At no point did either member of staff as me if I needed any help or what I was in the market for.
The fidge freezer was a bit wobbly when the doors opened ,it was sorted within the hour when I phoned the showroom, legs needed adjustment.
It was the easiest purchase that I have ever made! I went into the shop at approximately 1pm to order a new oven. By 4pm it was installed and working.
Excellent shop with very good choice of electrical goods and very helpful and pleasent staff.

We cannot thank Paul Davies enough for his fantastic customer service... Firstly we tried to buy a Fridge Freezer which came in record time but as hard as the delivery team tried, our access was too small to fit it through. A replacement of an SBS (side by side) was suggested and we chose one which was a special order. Due on the 10th April from Germany. Then Covid 19 hit and we assumed that we were without fridge and freezer until the lock down ended, but we never told Paul Davies of our predicament... just took it as a fact of life. At mid-day on the 9th April, Paul called us himself and said it was in stock and could he deliver that afternoon! We were so pleased and then overjoyed when he not only delivered it but as the two items were very solidly built and heavy,,, he went that extra mile & guided us with his expertise and made sure that we got them into the house before leaving. Fantastic company with a great range and they know what customer service really means! Highly recommend.

This is the first time I have used Paul Davies Kitchens and I can honestly say they are great, from their very helpful staff, to placing the order and sorting delivery within 4 days, everything went without any problems at all. In addition, their prices are the most competitive around. I shall be purchasing further products from them in the near future.
