Dec 26,2019Ordered an AEG was her dryer, delivery was delayed and when it did arrive it didn’t work, rang to arrange a replacement to be told I had to have an engineer out as the fault wasn’t possible. Asked for same week engineer due to the wait but this wasn’t possible so had to wait a further 2 weeks for an engineer. He came out and said the machine hadn’t been programmed properly at the factory so had to wait for another machine to be delivered. Appalling service

Pre-sales as well as post-sales sustomer support was exemplary - both in terms if respoonse time to both technical & delivery questions. Price was pretty competitive too. Miele themselves could learn from PDK&A excellent service. I would not hesitate to recommend this company for internet purchases of domestic appliances.

Dec 06,2019When researching previous appliances seen the name, knew nothing about them but the reviews were good, along with their prices. Took a risk and bought a tumble dryer, date for delivery a little later than I wanted but came on time. What was impressive was the dryer came from Manchester and I live on the south coast and delivery was free. I suspect I will use this company again, excellent.

Nov 26,2019While searching for info to buy a new gas cooker I chose Paul Davies' web site. I found several models to compare easily. The showroom was impressive too, full of quality products throughout. We were left to browse & wasn't pestered. A member of staff was helpful when we needed some information on the model we chose. Best of all my cooker was delivered the next day! Two efficient men delivered & removed packaging & were very helpful. Would recommend Paul Davies if you need good quality items for your home.
