Jan 22,2020Shopped at Paul Davies over the years and always had good service. Great range of white goods at a variety of prices. Usually visit the showroom but this time ordered on line. Time I chose was no longer available but they were in touch immediately to arrange a new time. I’d definitely recommend them.

Jan 15,2020The appliance I ordered weren't in stock despite it showed as if on the website. The delivery date was not kept, and I was given new delivery dates with no follow up information when it wasn't kept on several occasions. Finally, I just asked for a refund and some compensation for the hassle of taking time off work to be home for delivery etc. but only got my money back with not an apology even.

Jan 13,2020I was very impressed that Paul Davies could arrange transport to Northern Ireland because I wanted Meile larder fridge which was not available here. Another company had the fridge in stock but said I'd have to arrange my own transport. They told me it would be easy and gave me a number. However I was not happy doing this myself. The fridge arrived on the date and delivered right into our garage. We'd been told it would be a kerb delivery so very pleased indeed.

Jan 02,2020The delivery date was change 3 times. Each time I had to find this out myself. Still not received my cash from AEG as your company doesn’t show up on their system. AEG have done nothing to sort this out. Very poor all round
