Jul 12,2019Best showroom we’ve been to, lots of working appliances to play with. Very helpful staff. Were happy to price match so got a really good deal. Ordered all appliances for our kitchen (2 ovens, hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer). Delivered when promised even after requesting a delivery date change. Lost one star as the wrong dishwasher was put on the initial order (amended immediately when queried), wrong hob was delivered (re-delivered correct one within two hours) and vent for hob (ordered after appliances) did not arrive (two dates promised) - had to cancel this and order direct from Siemens on next day delivery basis as kitchen fitter needed it (money refunded quickly). Would use again and would recommend.

Jun 23,2019We went to Paul Davies to purchase a new washing machine and found exactly what we wanted. It was in stock and was delivered as arranged. There was a problem with the installation but this was resolved the very next day. I cannot fault the service and would recommend this supplier.
