Issues with tumble drier We ordered a tumble drier which was faulty. It took Paul Davies four weeks to pick this one up and deliver a replacement. The replacement drier was also faulty. Because they only deliver on a Friday to our area it took another two weeks for this item to be picked up. Obviously because we had two faulty versions of this drier we didn't want another so we asked for a refund. They wouldn't give us a refund until they had picked up the drier and then took a week to issue the refund. All in all not a great experience.

Ordering a new oven on the web was simple and straightforward. The telephone calls before were met with politeness, efficiency and warmth. Added to that the price was the best I found. Delivery was well organised and on time. I would definitely use the company again even though they are a long distance from me. Thank you again.

Bought two ovens, fridge, freezer, cooker hood, induction hob, micro wave and wine cooler. The product knowledge was excellent and the service second to none. Pricewise marginally better than AO. Why would anyone go anywhere else.

Good service and when I needed to change the day of the delivery there was no issues just a friendly 'Not a problem'. Delivery was first thing and driver and mate very helpful

A great shop with a wide range of appiances as reasonable prices. Been there more than once for items. Friendly and knowledable staff only too willing to go the 'extra mile'. Caroline is helpful and easy to get on with and thanks to Stuart for researching items tailored to our needs. Orded items are uasually ready within a few days and most are in stock. We travel from Preston to go there. Would fefinitely use them again.

Excellent customer service. My experience at Paul Davies has been brilliant from start to finish, after having a new kitchen and all new appliances i found the service from start to finish just brilliant!. Everything ran smoothly the staff was so helpful and knowledgeable nothing was too much, i would like to thank each and everyone of you! This company deserves 5 stars.

after purchasing a new washing machine from Paul Davies, i would defiantly recommend!, delivery was quick service was very good and staff was friendly and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to shop their again, thanks guy's

Having purchased an oven and hob initially i found them to be polite and helpful, it was only when needed to return the hob as the wattage was to high to exchange it for another, bearing in mind that the first one hadn't even been taken out of my car let alone been opened ! I explained this to them before returning it to exchange for another, i found the staff member extremely rude and when referring to me to another member of staff the sales person referred to me as 'she' five times ie 'she said it hasn't been opened ' and i found her tone to be very rude which is a shame as my kitchen and utility room needed all new appliances but i decided not to return.
