Avoid this company! After accepting my order and collecting payment they extended the agreed delivery date by over two weeks and then failed to deliver. The reason for this failure,after they informed me that our goods were NOT on that days schedule,was that our goods had been on their vehicle but that a large object had fallen and badly damaged our poor washing machine beyond repair and new delivery would be more than a week later.After reading all the other reviews this seems to be a common occurrence. I CANCELLED MY ORDER IMMEDIATELY!

We had a problem with our hob. On calling, the staff couldn’t have been more helpful and talked me through how to check, turned out the electrician had wired it in wrong. Really appreciate the support from the staff to help me resolve this quickly with my electrician.

The showroom had a great layout the and staff did not bother you until you was looking for someone to get information from. The staff were very knowledge and friendly whilst staying professional they were also not bias in regards to products. I don’t normally leave feedback but with the shopping experience I had in this shop I felt I had to. Three other members of my family and friends have since purchased from my recommendation and all three experienced the same service so hats off to the owner and staff at the shop especially the guy in the Warehouse who was getting over an illness I had also experienced but he was glad to get back to work. I would recommend this shop to anyone without hesitation. Thank you for a very pleasant customer service and sales experience it is a refreshing change.

I ordered from Paul Davies as they offered the best price for the induction hob I wanted. Long story short there was a cock-up whereby I ended up with 2 different hobs which PD put down to the courier's error. Whatever. I contacted PD to sort the mess out but despite talking to PD and the courier the collection of the surplus hob took several attempts and was another fiasco. Whilst it's likely this is a one-off palaver, don't be surprised if it isn't.
