Nov 16,2018We have been into Paul Davies a number of times before we made our choice of cooker hood and each time the staff were helpful and obliging. Our cooker hood is due to be fitted by Chris next Friday and after meeting him in the showroom we are confident that the finished job will be excellent. Thank you.

Nov 14,2018Unable to deliver an order, unable to tell me when. Ordered a tumble dryer showing in stock on 8th October with delivery due on 12th. Day before delivery received notification of a 2 week delay. Two weeks came and went, still no delivery, promised updates and call backs never materialized. Complained and was told their website terms and conditions stated up to 4 weeks lead time for special order items or bespoke - what this has to do with a tumble dryer apparently in stock if beyond me. Move on 5 weeks from order and still no update - it may or may not be delivered in early December, all the time the website is still showing it in stock, they have had full payment and no confirmed delivery. Other vendors have the item in stock, a little more expensive, but now in the worst of all worlds having waited 5 weeks already when could and should have paid a little extra to get from a reputable and reliable vendor. Avoid these people, may look cheaper but if they don't deliver then no point.

Nov 12,2018We went to Paul Davies Kitchens and Appliances shop on Saturday morning and were so pleased with how we were treated. We had one to one help from Mr Davies himself and all the staff are very knowledgeable about their products and give excellent advice. We would recommend this store for the staff service, great prices and being able to deliver within two days.

Nov 05,2018The fridge part of our fridge freezer broke down suddenly, so we went to Paul Davies the day after having looked on line at their products. After looking at new fridge freezers on our own for a few minutes we were approached by a friendly member of staff who explained to us the different sorts. We picked the one we wanted and paid for it within half an hour. Their selection is vast. An added bonus was that we were offered same day delivery and the men who brought the appliance couldn’t have been nicer.

Brilliant showroom far better than any of the big chain places and appliances for all price ranges. We buy and sell property for a living and are made up to find a place like this. Ollie price

Oct 29,2018The Staff were very very helpful showed me all the features on the cooker i had picked, explained the sizes ,so i checked this , returned to the store , it was very easy the purchase was completed within minutes. The staff explained that when the fitter comes i pay him directly and he will take the old range cooker away and they fully explained the cost of this. Very friendly staff.

Oct 22,2018Bright clean open showroom with good choice of appliances on show ranging from lower to higher end. Competitive prices. Helpful but not pushy staff in the showroom. The oven I ordered Friday was promptly and politely delivered Saturday. Easy. Happy to recommend.
