Oct 21,2018I had a new kitchen supplied and fitted by Paul Davies and I am very impressed with the service and the quality of the kitchen. The design process: Tony was very helpful throughout and gave good design advice. He would accomodate our ideas into the plan in the best way possible. Most of our appliances were from Paul Davies as they have all the big brands. 10/10 Installation: The team consisting of the joiner/plumber, electrician and gas engineer all did their jobs on time with minimum fuss. Rubbish was cleared away too. 10/10 Aftersales: Martin came and checked after the work was done, a few minor issues we had were sorted out by Paul promptly. 10/10 Overall we are very happy with this company and would recommend it to anyone wanting a new kitchen with the minimum stress.

Oct 20,2018There is no doubt that cheaper deals can sometimes be found on-line, but this company has a bright and comfortable showroom with significant choice, outstanding customer service and product knowledge, established staff, a great website and convenient location. They will store items until you need them and delivery is inexpensive. I really DO recommend this company to my friends and family.

Oct 19,2018I have just purchased an American Fridge Freezer from this company and Wow what excellent customer service. I was looking to purchase at first from one of the large department stores but it had been out of stock for 5 weeks, so put the product code into Google which brought me a list of sellers. I had never heard of this company but chose Paul Davies Kitchens & Appliances as the price was the lowest and stock available. I purchased online which was so straight forward and within 2 days my new fridge freezer was delivered. I rang and emailed with queries & customer service was next to none. Delivery was great was given a 2 hour time slot, with the delivery driver ringing me when he wasn't far away. From start to finish I was so happy with the service, I'm loving my new appliance and will definitely be using this company again and would definitely recommend. Many Thanks once again

Oct 14,2018They are not able to deliver goods on chosen date so they don’t have to put that date as a available date. Don’t reply appropriately about refund. Not good customer service. I must suggest others to call and conform with them first before ordering.

Oct 12,2018UPDATE. Yesterday at 12:58 we purchased a new gas cooker.by 8:30 am today it was installed and old appliance removed. now that's what good service is all about. Highly recommend for all White goods. Massive selection and personal service.

Oct 05,2018Our first visit was purely to decide on which appliances we would like, we where left alone for a good 10 minuets to brows before anyone came to us, this put us a ease. The staff ( i believe it was Paul himself ) where very friendly and helpful giving us demonstrations of the various products that interested us. We left that day without placing any orders but felt no pressure had been given to buy, so we returned at a later date and bought the hob we wanted. A thoroughly pleasant experience no hard sell and very helpful.

Oct 21,2018Went in one weekend and saw what I wanted, the staff were very helpful and informative. The following Friday lunchtime I went in and paid for what I had selected. Delivery was the following Monday which fitted my schedule exactly. Delivery cost was very reasonable, £18 for 3 large items. Would shop here again and recommend 👍
