Oct 01,2018On entering the showroom the staff where very helpful and informative, I was allowed to browse without being jumped upon.I was given advice on a particular appliance which I then purchased at a competitive price.The item was booked in for the next day delivery at a time to suit. The delivery, installation and removal of the old item (washer) was a very good price in comparison to other companies. The item arrived the next day on time as arranged and I had a courtesy call prior to its delivery when on route. This is the 2nd time I have used Paul Davies and I would definitely use them again.

Sep 25,2018Good assistance given when looking at the different machines in their range while in store (we even got help from Paul himself !) Delivery was first class, the following day - and while early - 0730 but the phone call to say it was on its way was helpfull. Installation done with good humour even though it was perhaps not as easy (plug cable/outlet pipe routing) as we thought. Machine has completed its first task and we think it is both much quieter in operation and easier to set up. All good so far and we are well pleased.

Sep 24,2018Always a pleasure to visit the Paul Davies showroom, the staff are friendly and knowledgable. Most importantly whenever we visit we always come away with the product that we wanted, (and recently we have purchased multiple white goods as our daughter is setting up her first home.) There is no "we have one in our other showroom" or "we can have one delivered next week" like in some other high street retailers. Also there has been no pressure to purchase aftercare agreements, just simply pay for your goods, have them loaded into the car and away you go.

Over many years I have bought all of my kitchen appliances from Paul Davies and at which times his staff have always been very polite, helpful, knowledgable and considerate. Together with his competitive pricing and delivery charge, which includes installation and removal of the old appliance, I have no hesitation in recommending Paul Davies and his 5 star service to anyone about to purchase a new kitchen appliance.

Oct 02,2018We went into the showroom this morning to look at range coolers , we were helped by a very knowledgeable gentleman who certainly knew what he was talking about. We were then passed onto another very helpful gentleman who helped us sort out delivery and other items we needed for our new kitchen. The best thing was that we saved over £600 by purchasing our appliances there instead of on the internet.
