Nov 23,2018I brought an expensive fridge it was delivered when arranged the product was faulty due to manufacturing fault. I could have had a refund, but i decided to have an exchange for the same model I received the fridge when arranged but this also had a manufacturing fault (a different one ) i contacted Paul Davies kitchen and appliances and they collected the product and refunded my money even though it was no fault of theirs. They did everything right and they kept in contact throughout Superb customer service

Nov 19,2018What a great place, no sales pressure, you are left to view and to decide what you want and then ask a member of staff for help, we have just ordered a Rangemaster cooker and Nikki was really helpful and knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble for her, we will definitely revisit Paul Davies, and recommend Paul Davies to all our friends.

A large, well stocked showroom enables most customers to see their chosen product before purchase.
