Jun 27,2024We popped into Paul Davies Kitchens and appliance centre to have a look at their kitchen showroom, which is lush, we made an appointment for Karen to come and have a look at our kitchen. Karen arrived and absolutely listened to what we disliked about our kitchen and what we really wanted in a new one. With the existing awkward layout I didn't expect to get what I wanted. Karen was totally unfazed and within a week we went back to the showroom and saw her plans. Karen was the third designer that had been to look at the kitchen and the only one that produced a plan that would work, That's when we started to believe we could have the dream kitchen. Karen has managed to utilise a lot of wasted space and doubled the size of my kitchen. The job has been huge, from plastering, re-wiring, stud work and finally the installation of the kitchen and all the new appliances that we got an incredible deal on through Paul Davies The team of tradesmen Paul Davies use are amazing. Yes we've had a few niggles along the way, but Karen is constantly on the case, always in touch and always there is you need to speak to her. Two weeks and the job is complete and we have our dream kitchen that we are absolutely thrilled with and cooking has become a pleasure once more.

Jun 18,2024Our experience with Karen at Paul Davies kitchens was fabulous from start to finish. Karen initially created us a kitchen design from our floor plan and measurements, she then came out to our house to measure up and check these were correct, and then we had a second meeting with her to finalise the design. She helped us pick out every detail and appliances to fit our budget best. Incredibly priced compared to others around. We couldn’t be happier, we have the kitchen of our dreams!!! Thankyou so much Karen :-)

No pressure, it was a friendly interaction which resulted in a sale. Thank you .There is also a very good selection of products on display in all price ranges to browse. We have been satisfied customers for 30 years and have never got a better price anywhere else

May 19,2024We needed a new built-in oven and microwave, but we were unsure about dimensions and the correct power supply, so we really needed advice. We couldn't have come to a better place. Ella and Lucy spent ages checking out our old appliances and making sure which replacements were most suited to our kitchen. They gave some great recommendations, and the prices were all below list price to boot! Delivery was arranged at a convenient time two working days after purchase. The fitters were also amazing. Everything was done courteously, quickly, and efficiently. We are so glad that we came to Paul Davies and it will always be our supplier of choice in future.

The service was excellant, the installation team did everything they promised, the kitchen was installed in one week and the quality of their work was excellent. We had one snag with the worktop chopping board supply however Karen persisted in quickly resolving the issue to our satisfaction.

May 17,2024We purchased a Neff built-in Microwave on-line to replace an existing Neff Microwave that had been fitted with our new Kitchen a few years previously. We found it was cheaper to fit a new oven rather than having the old one repaired. The service received from Paul Davies Kitchens couldn't be better. The oven was delivered within a couple of days. Highly recommended.

May 16,2024Recently bought a Bosch fridge from here. They had a large selection to choose from which meant we could easily compare. Emma was very helpful and knowledgeable. Having also looked at J Lewis and Curry's we have found Euronics to be the best for us.

May 09,2024We did not have the best experience with Paul Davies unfortunately and although the kitchen has turned out beautifully the unnecessary stress and frustration caused by the company did not make the experience a nice one and for that I cannot recommend them. Upon deciding to use them, we told them we were considering them and Howdens, of which we were told they were like for like, we mentioned about the units arriving pre-assembled from Howdens and at no point did they say that theirs were flat-packed so we were quite surprised when they turned up flat packed on the Monday. We decided to crack on and build it, we did ring and say this is not what was expected and got a WhatsApp saying 'they never used the words rigid'. Turned out that they sent 4 right hand end panels instead of a matching left and right for 2 of our units so we couldn't actually build everything and this put a halt to progressing, we rang and eventually got a call back from the manager who got us to send pics ect and would speak to the manufacturers, eventually got confirmation a couple of days later that they would be delivered on the Friday. Roll on Friday - hear nothing so I text the manager, nothing back. Ring the store, after a lot of back and forth they say they will deliver on Mon or I need to go pick it up (bare in mind it would only fit in van and I have 2 young kids and a normal family car!) We kick up a fuss and it turns up in an hour. We also got accused of refusing a delivery 2 times for the laminate worktop, they basically told the finance company for compensation for the above they were waiving the £300 delivery fee of the worktop because we apparently refused it on the Monday (it didn't arrive with the kitchen and we were pre-told that it would be arriving the following day which was fine with us) refused on the Wed (came a day later than promised and with 5 min warning I was out!!) I then had to tell about 5 people they could deliver it any other day than the following Monday as I was in the office on that day. Spoke to Gemma the manager who said the above was a mistake and they don't offer compensation but would send out a pan set the next day (still hasn't arrived 2 weeks later!) To be honest we feel mis-sold and just a bit gutted, luckily the kitchen is beautiful, we were fitting it ourselves but due to the delay we ended up paying someone to come and do it as lost 5 days due to the issues, especially as the pre-drilled holes on the flat pack units for the more expensive units(Solent Range) are in the wrong place so you have to do them yourself! Again it’s unbelievable your response, literally I’ve chased Gemma and had no response about the pan set, no one has reached out about delivery and I work from home 4 days a week, haven’t actually been in the office since it was arranged so I’ve been in every day and no delivery has been attempted as they are claiming.
