Aug 09,2023We went to Paul Davies as we were looking for a new freezer.We didn't want to buy on line, we wanted to see what we were getting.This showroom has everything you might ever need.The staff are brilliant, sp professional and knowledgeable about the products. We ordered our freezer on the Friday and it was delivered Monday! The best of service.

Aug 09,2023I have just had a new kitchen fitted from Paul Davies,I can’t tell you how pleased I am with the result it’s perfect. From speaking to Karen and choosing the kitchen i wanted the care and professionalism and knowledge Karen showed was wonderful. A very lovely lady. Also the fitters Ian and his team all great worker’s nothing to much trouble and always left everything clean and tidy. Also the electrician and the plasterer what a fantastic team. I can’t recommend them enough…

Aug 08,2023Went to Paul Davies yet again,because of the wide range of appliances and as always fantastic customer service. The assistant was very helpful and I quickly was able to make my choice. The final cherry on top was they were able to arrange next day delivery. Highly recommend.

Aug 07,20232nd time using Paul Davies and I’m very pleased, great customer service with a joke and a smile which makes an experience better doesn’t it? Good advice because I’m a bit fussy when it comes to appliances! First time I bought a Miele washing machine. Great! No problems at all. Second time (today) a Siemens condenser dryer! It’s installed and working great! I cannot review delivery because both times we collected ourselves in a van but everything we needed was 5* I will buy again from here!

Aug 01,2023From the kitchen design all the way to fitting it has been a pleasant experience. Tony was really helpful when choosing the kitchen and appliances. To be honest all staff have been lovely and the fitters were very friendly and tidy. Would definitely recommend.

Jul 28,2023Visited showroom mid afternoon on 26/7/23 looking for American style fridge freezer. Lots of choice and chose a Bosch model at a much reduced price because it was ex display. Delivery was arranged for the following day and the delivery guys arrived at lunchtime. They quickly established that the fridge would not pass through the door entrances so they had to remove the fridge doors to get the fridge into position in the kitchen and they were incredibly polite and efficient in this process before re-assembling the doors again. They then had to remove the original fridge/freezer which was the same size and also required the same process so the whole excercise took around 1 hour to comple. I can't praise them highly enough for their comittment and would recommend their services to anyone. A job well done.

Jul 11,2023KAREN WAS VERY HELPFUL, VERY KNOWLEDGABLE, FRIENDLY AND VERY PROFESSIONAL AT ALL TIMES. KAREN VERY KNOWLEDGABEL ABOUT ASPECTS OF THE KITCHEN INCLUDING THE APPLIANCES THAT WE CHOSE. SHE WAS VERY PATIENT, SHE'S A CREDIT TO THE COMPANY. OVERALL THE KITCHEN WAS DESIGNED AND FITTED TO A VERY HIGH STANDARD. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.

Jun 30,2023I don’t usually write reviews but this is a must , having been to several shops looking for a fridge freezer and oven I had no luck, ended up going to Paul Davies through a recommendation and wow from start to finish the experience was great they had so much stock , amazing customer service I won’t use anyone else. I returned the following week for a washer and again amazing service - ordered at 1.00pm it was delivered by 2:00pm! In fact I’m going back today for my microwave :)

Jun 20,2023Excellent showroom with a vast variety of appliances on display. Extremely helpful staff, we were shown a range of fridge freezers and given very helpful, honest advice by Karen. No “sales push” just good advice. We were given numerous helpful technical leaflets provided direct from the printer. We took the advice and purchased a Bosch fridge freezer.

Jun 02,2023My son and I visited here 18 months ago and we liked most things,so now we just had to get my wife there.6 months later our son died so everything became unimportant.Keeping busy kept us going so a new kitchen was our next project.Back to Paul Davis where Karen designed our kitchen and talked us through every step and we picked the one my son and I liked 18 months ago.The kitchen was fitted by Chris and Luke who have done a great job which we are more than happy with. Special thanks to Karen who went above and beyond helping us with this project. Highly recommend to everybody.

May 22,2023My wife and I approached Paul Davies when we decided to extend our kitchen in 2007 and completely refit it, retaining our existing appliances. The company was recommended by our son's in-laws. The result was excellent and we had a single point of contact, Martin, throughout. More recently (2023), we needed a new range cooker and we settled on a SMEG TR4110IP2. We also needed a new sink. We approached Paul Davies again and Martin was still there. Not only that but he found our paperwork from 2007. We decided on an undermounted sink and that required us to replace our worktops as well. First we had to replace the cooker and that was also arranged through Paul Davies (covered by a separate review of SMEG). At the time of writing, we are awaiting the fitting of the new worktops and the plumbing-in of the sink but so far everything has gone very well indeed. I have verbally recommended Paul Davies, a family-run business, to a few people and, here, I recommend the company to you. Addendum: The new undermounted sink and the quartz worktops were fitted and look very nice indeed. The plumber was actually the chap who now runs the company, having taken over from a semi-retired family member!

May 18,2023I don’t like to buy on line I prefer to see what I’m buying and after days of looking for a washer someone recommended Paul Davies appliances. I am so pleased they did I’m having a new kitchen but only needed a washer.The store was fantastic and with a great range of appliances and kitchens at very affordable prices The sale team mainly Nicola and Alan were fantastic not at all pushy there when I needed to ask for help. I ended up buying a washer cooker and fridge freezer. And would you believe only £15 delivery for all three.

Our experience from start to finish was fabulous , there are lots of choice from picking kitchen and appliances and of course at affordable price. I really would like to thank Karen for her help from the beginning to the end ( she is an angel), because she helped us from choosing the kitchen and appliances and especially when the kitchen was being fitted she kept in touch with me to make sure everything was going well. I will definitely recommend Paul Davies to my family and friends.

Sep 26,2023Absolutely over the moon With our new kitchen from paul davies. The service when designing and choosing our kitchen with Karen was just fantastic. She was friendly and knowledgeable and listened to our needs. The team from the Plastering who did a perfect job to the fitting of the kitchen were brilliant. Chris worked extremely hard on his own to fit the kitchen and is a credit to the team and he never stopped. I can't recommend them enough and they definitely made it a stress free and pleasant experience and the end product is just perfect. Thanks to you all.
