Feb 09,2024ORDERED A NEW WASHING MACHINE- someone elses tumble drier arrived. Sincw then no communication, no updates, had to phone three times no one ever call back despite promises. Our old machine was removed last Monday, eta for the new one next Tuesday- ONE WEEK without awashing machine!!

Jan 07,2024I am over the moon with my new kitchen from Paul Davies. A great experience from start to finish. A special thanks to Karen (kitchen designer) she is very knowledgeable/friendly and gave me great advice. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Her plans were ready the next day to look at. The fitters ( Chris and Luke) worked extremely hard. Also Danny the electrician did a fantastic job, was very impressed. My small kitchen was ripped out on Tues and was finished by Thurs! I can't recommend them enough. Karen has been in touch as soon as kitchen was finished to check that I was happy with everything. All in all, it was a pleasant and stress free experience from start to finish. Quality service and kitchen. Thanks again to all involved. One very happy customer!

Dec 28,2023I am so pleased with my new kitchen from Paul Davies. Karen, the kitchen designer is professional, knowledgeable, friendly and she loves her job! When she came to measure, she found out what we required, went away and designed a beautiful kitchen. She assured us that their team would do it all, strip the old kitchen, plaster and electrics. The team was amazing and Chris, Danny and Liam all need a special mention. They turned up when they were meant to, worked well, discussed my requirements, and finished when they said they would. Exceptional service!

Dec 04,2023Tried Paul Davies for a new kitchen as we were informed that they would do everything from taking the old kitchen out, electrics etc. went through the process with Karen who was very knowledgeable and talked us through everything. As we were told everyone from the fitters, electricians and plasters all turned up when planned and worked hard to complete the job. We now have a lovely new modern kitchen which we absolutely love. Both Karen and the fitter Chris have been in touch after completing the work to see if we are happy with Chris offering to return to trim the kick boards after the flooring is laid. Quality service and kitchen.

Nov 26,2023Had a walk into Paul Davies kitchen showroom and ended up with an appointment for someone to come and measure and plan our new kitchen. On the day Karen arrived, on time, after a phone call to say she was on the way. She was very friendly and knowledgeable about all things kitchen related and gave us some sound advice. She told us the plans would be ready the following day to view in the showroom. The plans looked fantastic and Karen guided us in choosing all our appliances and we really felt that we were in good hands. After shopping around we finally decided to go with them as we were very impressed. From start to finish they were amazing. The fitters (Ian, Kevin, Matt and young Oliver) always contacted us in advance to let us know they were coming and were very hard working and so helpful, couldn’t do enough for us. The plasterer (Liam) was great and did a fantastic job. The electrician (Danny) was also amazing and did a fantastic job, advising us on fittings etc. From ripping out our old kitchen on the Tuesday to finishing what could be done was six working days (well five and a half to be exact)! Couldn’t ask for more than that. They returned to finish off bits that couldn’t be done until the quartz worktop (by Prestige Granite) had been installed, whom we were also impressed by. We love our new kitchen and cannot fault the service we received. Thank you to all involved and we are so glad we chose Paul Davies Kitchens and appliances.

Oct 28,2023I contacted Paul Davies to check out what Range Cookers they had on display. The sales person, Sue, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the stock. On the strength of that I visited the showroom that afternoon. Sue greeted me and accompanied me to the Range cookers section, answering my many queries. She was friendly, thorough, extremely helpful and very patient! So I made a purchase!!

Oct 25,2023After weeks of unsuccessful trying to locate a specific Neff Induction Hob we contacted Paul Davies Appliances. Fortunately for us we spoke to a very helpful lady called Sue who not only located the hob we needed but also brought the hob into the store so that it would not be sold online before we arrived, as we had a 2.5hour journey to get to Bolton. Sue also took the trouble to ensure that our replacement hob had the correct specifications that we needed. It was so good to receive this very high standard of customer service.

Oct 24,2023Our experience has been horrendous. We've had problems nearly every month since it was fitted 18 months ago, poor finish on tiling that had to be redone twice, flooring coming up, washing machine moving out from cupboards when on, freezer stopped working, taps coming loose every few weeks, now the floor has come up and broken in areas, Paul Davies told us he would give us money back 5 months ago but just chased and been told we have to go directly to insurers, Paul Davies not responding now. We saved for years for a kitchen, we were so excited and now I want to cry whenever I look at it.
