Aug 31,2024I have always used Paul Davies for my kitchen appliances as their service has always been second to none. My latest purchase (washing machine) was delivered, installed & tested within about half an hour, my old one was taken away including all the bits that had fallen off it. Unfortunately, on using it on a full wash it started leaking from somewhere. The lads were back the day after I discovered the leak to have a look & confirmed it was a faulty machine. They were back the day after that with a replacement first thing to prevent me from having to take another day off work. So far it seems ok but was advised to let them know if I had any problems. I would certainly recommend Paul Davies to anyone. The delivery lads were very friendly and didn't mess about.

Aug 01,2024This is in reply to my previous review and your reply. You are a set of absolute liars! If you don't have a project manager or ever had one then who was Martin Johnson?? Have I made him up? And Tony your designer is also a complete liar. I asked Tony if there would be a problem on having the American Fridge Freezer next to the integrated oven and microwave with ref to heat/cool and also the doors hitting.. He completely assured me it would not be a problem.. Well it is!! The design got overlooked by Martin and he also never mentioned this would be a problem.. If I got advised it would be then who in the right mind would go against their advice and pay 16 grand for a kitchen that would not be fit for purpose? Also your comment on their being a small problem with the splashbacks? Well seeing as it was in the independant report from RSUK that clearly states that ALL the Quartz has been incorrectly fitted and needs redoing which cost nearly £5000 I suggest you read it again. I never mentioned the fitters.. You did.. I had no problem with their work.. They went off your design which is wrong which is also stated in the report. You state you don't offer taps as a free item.. Then why are you advertising a free Quooker tap at the moment...you have handled this from the start in an unprofessional atrocious manner and I hope people read this and go elsewhere.. Don't ever call me a liar.. I have no reason to lie and have everything to back this up.. Where as you don't.

From Nicola whose expertise guided us through our purchase, the lads who delivered the new range and took the old one away, Paul himself who came up to our house to iron out a minor problem and Martin the electrician who installed the range. A brilliant team, many thanks.

Jul 27,2024very disgusting company, they sent damaged items, and then they didn't give me replacement or refund. They sent me the last damaged item, I checked their homepage and couldn't find this item. I wouldn't recommend it. I don't know how they have been doing business for 20 years. Disgusting and shameful.

Jul 19,2024Great service from Paul Davies. They were most reasonably priced for larder fridge I wanted and very obliging when sorting out delivery time. Arrived as arranged and delivery men polite, friendly and helpful. I've used Paul Davies in the past when replacing my father's cooker and received same service so didn't hesitate to buy from them again

Jul 10,2024This showroom has an excellent range of appliances and even better it had the model of under counter freezer that we had short-listed from our extensive research on Google. Nicola was helpful and although the price shown on the item was £25 more than that shown on Google, when this was pointed out agreement was that we could have it at the price shown on the web, which made it slightly cheaper than anywhere else. Within 24 hours it had been delivered from Bolton to Chorley by two cheerful delivery men. That's good service.

Jul 05,2024Needed a new hob so popped into the showroom as we have had appliances from here before. Lucy was extremely helpful and pointed us in the right direction as we had already decided which make we wanted. Took some information away with us to peruse and went back a few days later when we saw another lady (sorry, I’ve forgotten her name!) who again was extremely helpful. Purchased the new hob and arranged for installation. The chaps arrived on time and the installation went without a hitch. Very happy with the outcome and would highly recommend Paul Davies .
