Sep 26,2024Absolute shambles of a company! I ordered a fridge freezer at 8am on Tuesday to be delivered the same week on the Friday. Friday came, I never heard anything so I called them. They said someone would call me back, true to their word they did! They told me that the fridge freezer had oversold. Wow!! If I hadn't called them, I would still be waiting now and they would have just kept my money!! This should have been explained to me on the day I ordered...not waiting for me to ring them! They then said there was a similar one in stock but I'd have to pay £45 delivery - there's no mention of this on the website! They did say due to the bad experience, they would give me free delivery but I did not want this fridge freezer so declined and asked for a refund. I got a basic reply 'Hi As requested your refund has been issued' Such a bad experience. Would never try to place an order from here again!

Sep 13,2024This company have been so helpful, I bought a dishwasher, I picked it, there was absolutely nothing wrong with it, I just wasn’t happy with it, this company have allowed me to exchange it for one that I’m much happier with, all the staff are so lovely especially Lucy who helped me all the way through with everything, iv used this company before, I bought a freezer which I love, I’ll definitely use them again they have a massive show room with every kitchen appliance that people need, thank you Paul Davies and all staff for going above and beyond, especially Lucy x
