Apr 18,2024We recently purchased a HiSense American style fridge freezer. Excellent and efficient service from purchase through to delivery and fitting and removal of old fridge freezer. We have used Paul Davies previously on a couple of occasions and would definitely recommend them.

Apr 12,2024We spend thousands and thousands of pounds with Paul Davies. We bought expensive appliances including a Smeg range, integrated coffee machine, combi microwave oven, Fisher & Paykel American fridge freezer and a Bosch dishwasher and also a Smeg extractor fan. All in we spent roughly £8500.00. We explained to the staff what kind of extractor fan we needed and what it was to be housed in- showing them a drawing of the kitchen. When the fitter has come to fit the extractor it was not the right kind (despite me buying what Paul Davies’ staff told me would be suitable). I have made several phone calls to Paul Davies who confirmed that Smeg will charge 25% to return the product and they are not prepare to lose that money so we have to lose it- despite me saying we were prepared to buy a replacement from them. I have asked if they discount the replacement so we are not losing out and again they refused. So due to their incorrect information and selling is the wrong product we have to lose money! Needless to say we will not be buying the replacement from them or anything else from them in the future if this is how they treat their customers!!!! Absolutely appalling customer service and company policies. Couldn’t be more disappointed with them as this has now delayed the fitting / completion of our kitchen.

Apr 04,2024From start to finish we had a great experience. Was able to browse at our own leisure without feeling pressured. However there was always someone available for assistance when needed. Any questions we had was answered promptly and had a lovely lady sort our order. Speedy delivery and took our old one away without any hassle. Will be visiting for our next appliance.

Mar 28,2024Needed a new electric cooker visited to look around last Thursday, ordered the one we wanted last Saturday, order taken by a very pleasant and helpful lady named Susan. Cooker was delivered today, the old one removed and the new one installed by two very pleasant, considerate and helpful men named Phil and Lee. No mess no problems.

Mar 21,2024From an initial phone call to enquire if they had what I needed in stock to the final delivery the service was amazing. They made me feel like I was their number one priority. On entering the showroom I was amazed by the quantity of quality home appliances they stock and the prices were the best I’ve seen. I was like a kid in a candy store. I won’t be going anywhere else for my future appliance needs. I’m also seriously considering having my kitchen replaced by them too.

Mar 20,2024Purchased an American fridge freezer and a dishwasher from Paul Davies in Bolton. Was nicely greeted by one of their employees named Sue. Sue was so helpful, amd knowledable, but most of all she cared in what was best for us. Eventually we went for a different brand and are so chuffed with the items. Highly recommend this company, also because they've much stock to look at, and very competitive, we got a bargain. So thank you Sue, will return soon for another item.

Mar 15,2024This is the 2nd time I have used Paul Davies Kitchens and Appliances and both times the staff were warm, welcoming, friendly and had great team working. A special shout out to Lucy who helped me on the telephone prior to my appearance to check product was in stock and also explained payment options. Lucy, also knew to ask a colleague about our query regarding fixing our old appliance. The team made sure to take a contact number and the engineer fulfilled his promise of ringing 30 minutes prior to appearing so he knew we were in for the delivery.

Mar 09,2024The help we had in store with guidance on choices and application was excellent. The staff are both knowledgeable and friendly and always happy to answer any questions. Our purchase arrived 24 hours before it was scheduled, and was unpacked, delivered, installed without any fuss. The drivers were friendly and helpful, and took our old dryer away as well. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Feb 28,2024Had my new kitchen designed by Karen. It was moved into a different room to where it was so a big project. The team did it all from knocking down walls to plastering, electrics and fitting. We did hit a few hurdles along the way but they were dealt with very professionally. Karen would answer whenever I needed and made changes to my design part way through, she was great and nothing was too much trouble. Chris, Liam and Danny were fantastic and worked hard to get the kitchen looking amazing. They also offered advice along the way and came back out straight away when I had a little problem with a door. I would highly recommend if you are thinking of having a new kitchen.
