Feb 11,2021I bought some beautiful lights online from Pavilion. They were very helpful in the process and provided images for me to help make my decision - given that the shop is closed due to Covid! Order was seamless and delivery actually arrived earlier than expected. Would definitely recommend and shop there again myself.

Feb 08,2021We received two damaged office chairs. It was replaced within a week. At delivery, the two delivery men were polite and professional and they took away all the packaging. A delivery time frame of 3 hours was given and achieved. We love the office chairs. They are of good quality and look very nice.

Delivered exactly as described by two careful and considerate guys who took all the packaging away. Would happily recommend Pavillion Broadway for quality furniture and excellent customer care.

Jan 27,2021Ridiculous argumentative replies from Customer service agent. Suggesting a damaged item (one huge drawn on eye and one small eye on a Christmas tree angel) is whimsical and refused to acknowledge I had also been sent an incorrect item. I would have been very appreciative of a good level of customer care and my return postage costs being returned. I certainly will not be shopping here again.

Jan 27,2021The furniture was delivered at the time and date they were expected. The two delivery men were friendly and professional, bringing the furniture into the house whilst following Covid rules wearing masks and keeping a distance. I would recommend this company.

Jan 26,2021Great service! Got a phone call after placing my online order to tell me the delivery ptocess, and mail & text with a couple of hours giving a date and estimated time of delivery. On the day, it was snowing and the delivery time changed a couple of hours in advance - but they arrived within 10mins of new time! Helpful delivery lads took care to leave heavy items where they were wanted. The table itself is just as we hoped for, so in summary the whole purchase was excellent.... and I would definitely use Pavilion again.
