Jan 14,2024THIS IS A SCAM!!! I used this website's 1 week trial for 0,99 euros. A few weeks later I got a notification that it had withdrawn 49,99 euros. I contacted the customer support for a refund but their response were that they couldn't offer one due to their policy. It was really bad especially because I don't have a lot of money. The company's business model is to scam everyone because a lot of others have had the same thing happened to them. If you, the customer support, sees this, please give me a refund and I can take down this review!

Jan 13,2024This is a scam. you think you get charged $0.99 for a one time use and then a couple of days later you get charged another 49,99 as a monthly fee for a subscription. Not possible to get in touch with "customer support"

Edit: A few weeks after I had left this review, the customer-support contacted me and they then gave me a refund.

J'ai eu le même souci en voulant modifier un fichier PDF j'ai payé les 2 € qui demandaient sans aucune autre information et puis 1 semaine après je reçois un prélèvement de 49.99 € en paiement automatique comme un abonnement, alors qu'à aucun moment il précise qu'on souscrit à un abonnement et en essayant de faire un remboursement il me disent que leur "politique" n'accepte pas les remboursements et puis que du baratin je vous conseille de fuir ce site à tout prix !! !

They will lure you to try their PDF editor by paying $2 and they will then save your card details to charge your card again after 7 days. But this time the charge will be $49.99 USD (I am in New Zealand so I was ripped off for $89 by these scammers) please do not use their software. It is a below average software to edit PDF. I should have read their other reviews on TrustPilot before entering PDF MASTER’s trap. Your nightmare will only begin once you see that humongous charge on your credit card. Once you contact their not so friendly customer care team, they will conveniently neglect your refund request and will make you feel that you are the most foolish person on the earth who cannot even read the fine prints and their T & C … Bottom line guys Please stay away from these sophisticated SCAMMERS. They are very smart people who knows how to legally put holes in your wallet. !! SCAM !! SCAM !! SCAM !! Pdf master is SCAM

J’ai payé 0,99 euros pour convertir un fichier et là je remarque que depuis 2 mois j’ai des prélèvements de leur part de 49,99 euros sans avoir souscrit aucun abonnement !! J’ai envoyé un mail et reçu une réponse de leur part me demandant un complément d’information pour retrouver mon compte….et depuis silence radio !. Rectificatif : après quelques mails j’ai enfin reçu une réponse, j’ai obtenu l’annulation des prélèvements et le remboursement.

Jan 10,2024I used this company briefly during a free period to convert a photo into a pdf format and I paid 99p. I immediately cancelled my subscription. They’ve subsequently tried to take £49.99 out of my bank account via PayPal. Luckily I checked my emails within ten minutes of them trying to do so,so I managed to get the transaction stopped. PayPal acted brilliantly so that money never left my account . I informed my bank at the same time. I’ve emailed the company and they’ve responded saying they will only take money out if a subscription has been signed up for. So I wrote back informing them that not only did I personally make sure I cancelled the subscription but due to the fact a similar company tried taking money out of my bank at the same time my bank saw what was happening and contacted me and they got rid of all of my subscriptions of which this one was not one of them. So they’re lying scammers!

Utilisation du service une fois pour un règlement de 0,99€, ras sur le service, vous recevez une facture et tout en bas il est écrit que si dans les 7 jours vous ne résiliez pas votre abonnement, le servce vous sera facturé 49,99€/mois !!! Il s'agit purement et simplement d'un abus de confiance et pratique commerciale trompeuse. Par ailleurs la pratique est très subtile car le montant est inférieur à 50€ et ce prélèvement qui vous est imposé n'apparaît pas de ce fait dans la liste des prélèvements officiels => impossible d'y faire immédiatement opposition et la banque ne voit rien, chaque prélèvement n'étant pas soumis à viotre autorisation ! Vigilance !

Once I realized on the same day that the direct debit happened on my PayPal, I sent them an email. and their responses: Getting back to your refund request, please, be advised that according to our Refund Policy, the payments made on our website are non-refundable. It means that in accordance with our policies, the refund cannot be granted. This information may be found on our website in the Subscription Terms. Kindly note that we have canceled the subscription meaning that there won't be any further payments.

Jan 09,2024Buongiono, anch'io sono caduto nella "trappola", ma sicuramente perchè non ho letto con attenzione le istruzioni date. Però devo dire che sono stati tempestivi nel rispondere alle mie email ed altrettanto veloci nel rimborso di €49.99. Mi permetto di suggerire loro di essere più chiari e di non attivare addebiti automatici dopo la conversione di un file a €0,99.

Jan 14,2024PDF Master ist Betrug. Ich habe ein Dokument bearbeitet und habe für dieses 0,99 Cent bezahlt was ich auch OK fand. Heute wurden mir 49,99 abgezogen mit dem Verweis auf ein Abo welches ich nicht wissentlich abgeschlossen habe. Das ist Betrug und Abzocke. Meiden Sie diesen Dienst ! Da Betreiber im Ausland sind rechtliche Schritte wirkungslos und das Wissen diese Betrüger. Finger Weg!; Änderung: Mir wurde alles vom Support zurückerstattet. Selbst die 99 Cent. Das muss man der Fairness ebenfalls erwähnen.
