Jan 09,2024Same here : I used their temporary service for £1.99 and cancelled the subscription but yet on 14.12.23 they charged me £49.99 without my consent. I have contacted my bank's scam department.

Jan 08,2024Don’t use this service. It seems like you’re paying 1 dollar but than they charge you 50 dollars. Maybe I missed this or didn’t saw it but it didn’t felt good. I had one pdf with a few typo’s and paid the 1 dollar fee. I asked the customer service for a cashback of the 50 dollar but they won’t help due to policy…😔 If this is how you want to do business… so don’t use it.

Jan 08,2024I had taken a trial period. As I forgot to cancel my subscription they have withdrawn one year payment. I contacted them and they cancelled my subscription. They did not reimburse me nor I can use the site as they have cancelled the subscription.

Jan 06,2024Same experience unfortunately. Had to provide a card to signup for 99c and was billed $70 after a subscription I had signed up for ! I used it to edit 1 PDF and never used it again and then saw a bill on my account for $70. Won’t refund the money - it’s a scam and why do they let them continue scamming people ?

Jan 05,2024I was starting a new job and needed to sign a contract PDF. Opted for 1 week of use for £1.99. Next thing I find I'm charged £49.99. I asked for a refund and they sent an email saying they would respond in 60 minutes. The next day they had still not responded.

Jan 05,2024J'ai utilisé pdf converter le 19 dec pour compresser un gros fichier pdf, j'ai payé 0.99€ par Paypal et je n'ai rien validé ou contracté d'autre ... J'ai eu la surprise de découvrir que 49.99€ m'étaient prélevés par paypal pour un abonnement MENSUEL que j'aurai fait 26 dec...GROSSE ARNAQUE Heureusement Paypal fait le nécessaire et me rembourse car les actions menées pour obtenir des explications de cette société basée à nicosie sont des palabres sans fin ... si j'avais pu mettre 0 étoile je l'aurai fait Depuis le 4 janvier je suis harcelé par pdf master pour changer mon avis mais s'il présente des excuses il ne s'engage nullement à modifier ses pratiques commerciales scandaleuses alors je ne change pas mon avis .....JE PERSISTE !

Jan 04,2024Publlicità ingannevole, affermano che si ha la possibilità di modificare i file in PDF ma non si può modificare tutto ad esempio eliminare una parte del file e ci se ne accorge dopo che si è pagato, successivamente ci si abbona in automatico ad euro 49 mensili quasi 600 euro annuali e per disattivare l'abbonamento bisogna mandare una mail a loro.
