Sep 18,2024You WILL get scammed if you pay the £1 edit fee. They take £50 per month automatically after you use the service once. Fought for a while to get it back, they lied about sending a refund. If this happens to you, get them to say they'll refund and then contact your bank. They just need the evidence of them saying it and they can take the money from them

Sep 14,2024Such a scam. Someone I knew suddenly passed away and I couldn't attend the funeral. Their partner put up a link to photos on a live stream but the PDF site popped up and I thought I had to pay £1 to see eulogy. Not really thinking about it being a scam, I paid the money. 3 days later I've had a shock as they (pdfshipping.club) have taken £48 out of my account. I had no idea this was going to happen, nor did I see anything about a subscription. I've tried to get contact info to get a refund but no joy. I'm -£49 and I still can't access the eulogy. Gutted! Stay away from this site. I hope I won't be charged further.

Sep 06,2024Scam site. I was charged 49 EUR for a subscription I did not want, did not sign up for, and was not aware that I was signing up for. If I had known this, I would have never used this scam service. They bait you with 50 cent charge at the end of the process to send you the pdf and get your card information. It was never apparent that this was going to trigger a subscription three days later. I am a student, and this is a lot of money for me. They have still not answered my email regarding a refund.

Despite my cancellation, this company snuck a $299 charge through without my permission!! This is simply CRIMINAL!!

Aug 01,2024Very simply, it's a bait and switch site. They charge you 0.95 cents to convert a PDF to Word file. Then seven days later, without having agreed to anything, they hit your card for $49.85. Stay FAR away from these scammers.

Sep 23,2024This company catch people out. In my case I accepted to pay .99p in order to read a PDF file I needed to access. I should have been more careful. I was signing up to a subscription of £49.99 per month. Along the line, my bank flagged up possible fraud, at which point I received 2 refunds from PDFMaster for the most recent subscription payments. But following a long back and forth with my bank, PayPal and PDFGuru, (which has now become PDFMaster), the outstanding subscription payments that I was requesting be refunded were NOT... the reason being that I had failed to cancel the subscription. so PLEASE BE WARNED!!!!
