Dec 22,2023Like many others here, I purchased what I believed to be a one time purchase: £1.99 for full 7 day access. I was then charged £49.99 7 days later. When I raised it with their customer services they said it was a 7 day trial and then I was charged for a monthly subscription. I requested a refund: they refused *twice* again saying it was a 7 day trial and they have a no refund policy. I took a screenshot of the access options and asked where on that screenshot it said ‘trial’ - it doesn’t - and so is clearly a scam! I also raised a dispute with PayPal with screenshots. They have just replied for a third time now saying they have issued a refund and I should expect it anywhere between 1 and 14 days. I’ll be keeping an eye on it but I don’t trust them, obviously! It’s really unbelievable! And to add insult to injury they kept telling me to have a wonderful day 🙄 I hope these guys get found out for the frausters they are soon. *If anyone else has problems please take screenshots of your buyers journey as proof that it does not say trial*

Dec 21,2023They market their weekly plans for 0.99€ and for 1.99€, but after a week, they change it to a monthly plan, and charge you 49.99€ if you don't cancel it. As many others, I didn't notice that aspect and got charged. This is so unprofessional and unacceptable practice. They should make it more clear and let people know in advance so that one can either give informed consent or not. But in fact, they should not practice such an activity at all, because it is a clear misleading of the consumer. Please be aware of your rights in your country! Residents of the European Union have the right to withdraw from the sales contract within 14 days if they wish to do so.

Dec 21,2023Die Umwandlung von Pdf in Excel perfekt; (andere Programme bisher waren alle weniger gut); das Probeabo 1.99€ Preis oK; das Bestätigungsmail mit Hinweis auf atomarische Verängerung für 49.99€ mtl immerhin mit Hinweis auf die mögliche, sofortige, Kündigung. Diese habe Ich sofort wahrgenommen und bestätigt bekommen.

Dec 20,2023I wanted to enter a short story competition, and one of the requirements was the story should be submitted in PDF format. I only had Word. Your app was easy to find and install and easy to use. It was very quick and it gave me my story in the required format. No problem. I had opted for the minimum subscription which was only one week but that's okay I only had one piece of writing to convert. After I sent my entry to the competition I had no use for anything in PDF format so I wound up my trial-length subscription to your app. If I ever need to convert word to PDF again your app is the one that I will turn to immediately. Thank you.

Dec 20,2023BAIT AND SWITCH SCAM They are operating a bait and switch scam for an inferior product. I used them to edit a pdf and no where during the transaction does it state that a one time usage fee converts into a $49 subscription charge. When contacted about the charge, they refused to give me a refund. I will be screaming about these scammers anywhere I can. DO NOT USE THEM!!!

Dec 20,2023SCAM !!! SCAM !!! Stay away from these guys. I was offered $2 to try their app, a week later they charged me $89 NZD … Useless customer care team refused to refund. Bottom line - I paid $2 + $89 for using their app for a day.

Ho scritto non sapete leggere in quanto le persone si lamentano del servizio definendolo come "truffa"; allo stesso tempo condividono le informazioni della loro carta di credito firmando un rinnovo automatico dopo il periodo di prova. Dec 16,2023PDF Master is voor mij een prima oplossing, omdat ik slechts heel incidenteel (een paar keer per jaar) een pdf wil bewerken. Een weekje toegang voor 99 cent of eventueel € 1,99 (voor iets meer mogelijkheden) is dan een mooi tarief.

A differenza di altri, ho subito fatto un reclamo professionale facendomi aiutare da chat GPT, e sono riuscito a dare il rimborso l'indomani stesso. La velocità di assistenza è stata ottima quindi il servizio può trarre in inganno però dietro c'è un team di professionisti che rispondono tempestivamente
