Jan 03,2024Non ho sottoscritto alcun contratto, mi sono solo registrata sul sito a Ottobre 2023 e ieri 1/01/2024 mi hanno addebitato 49.99 euro, non c'è traccia di alcun contratto da nessuna parte. Blocco la carta e denuncio alla polizia postale. Devo aggiornare la mia recensione: a seguito di una mail in cui dichiaravo il mio disappunto e la richiesta di sospendere un abbonamento basato su nessun tipo di consenso da parte mia, sono stata tempestivamente rimborsata.

Jan 02,2024Worst scam ever!!!!!!! Big scammmm charging your money eventhough you haven't asked fro anything!! I paid to use it once ( I PAID) not used it for free and then they charge me 50 euros, with no reminding of the subscription! Run away from this site!

Jan 01,2024Auto renewal at a waaaay overpriced value.claims No refunds no warning. ***Update After many, many emails (months back and fourth, and writing this review) trying to get my money back, I was able to get refunded. For that reason I have updated my review from 1 star to 2.. might not be a scam..but still over priced and very difficult to get your money back.

Dec 31,2023IF YOU USE THEIR TRIAL PERIOD BE SURE TO CHECK BEFORE IT EXPIRES TO CANCEL IF YOU ARE NOT USING IT. ------------------NOTE ADDED January 2, 2023----- Three days after I posted my review, the company refunded all my money, politely. So I have raised my rating up to 3 stars (really wish they had 3.5 stars.) But I had to persist with three customer reps, all insisting they could not do so, over several day to finally get escalated to someone at a level who did so. It was tedious and difficult and by no means certain I'd ever get it. ----------------------------------------- The converter worked OK during my low cost trial period. But The site didn't make as clear as I wish it did that I'd automatically be subscribed monthly for after my trial period and that I'd get no advance notice of the new charge. I used the site only once and only during my low cost trial period. Unfortunately because I had so much activity in my PayPal account they were billing It wasn't until 5 months later that I noticed a $49.99 charge. I wrote requesting a refund of that. Then so I just went and check for more charges from them in my PayPal account I was really _shocked_ to see now that I had since my trial period expired been charged $49.99 five times for a total of $249.95! They offered to give me a lifetime membership instead of a refund. I am requesting the full 5 months as I never used their site during any of those months.

Dec 25,2023The website is quite deceptive, I paid for a one time service of EUR 0.99 and the also charged me EUR 49.99 after a couple of weeks. The fact that one is buying into a subscription is well hidden and not obvious at all. After exchanging a few emails with their customer support they refunded my money. Do not use their services!!

Dec 24,2023Used their service for a paid trial. 1 usd for 24h. Then they charged 50 bucks. This is fraud. How can we prevent this from happening to others ? Fortunately my bank blocked their transactions and now I have to get a new credit card.
