Dec 15,2023Very well marketed as a FREE PDF Editor, however once you do the work and edit your PDF, they want money for you to get your copy! Total con and needs to be removed for false advertising - pity as the software looks good and if the PDF was true, I would have bought it!! Answering the response: I used the same email address however my issue is that you market your software as 'Free' when it is not but you only find this out once you have used it/ tried it out and have to pay for the PDF, change your marketing, be up front about how you charge and you'll get better reviews, simple! I found something else, not as fancy, tried it and bought it!

Dec 15,2023After filing my complaint and promptly canceling the unwanted subscription, I felt compelled to caution others on Trustpilot. The method of customer acquisition seemed inappropriate. It's only fair to admit that I made an error by not carefully reading the terms. That said, it remains a disagreeable way to engage with customers. Following my cancellation, I quickly received confirmation that the subscription had been terminated. My subsequent email, expressing my dissatisfaction with the recruitment practices and the no-refund policy for amounts under €50.00, eventually resulted in an unexpectedly positive response. A month later (that's too long in fact), I received an email acknowledging that the situation wasn't intended as it appeared. To my surprise, the full amount was refunded to my credit card the same day. While the initial customer approach left me uneasy, I must acknowledge that the company's handling of my issue was commendable. It's essential to highlight both the negative and positive aspects.

Dec 12,2023Absolute scam say they will charge you 99p for 7days .an £9.99 a month .but say you can cancel for free within the 7days .we cancelled on the app an sent an email they took £9.99 a week even after cancellation took no notice . How can these companies get away with this?

Dec 12,2023Do not use this service. I paid 0.99 cents to create a document and during the process there was NO warnings about a subscription payment. 5 days later $76 AUD taken out of my account. This is not legal and I did not sign up for this. Do not use them.

Dec 12,2023Scam. They charged me 1$ then 50$ The "customer service" (quotes intended) kept asking about the credit card number to "identify the subscription". Something they didn't do even after providing parts of the card number. They charged my card yet again this month and somehow they still insist that I have no activite subscription with them.

Dec 12,2023Scam. Sign up for what is advertised as one day at £0.99 and they take £50 from your account. Totally unclear a one day subscription is somehow followed by £50 per month!! Edit: After leaving this review and sending multiple emails, they did refund me and cancel the subscription (that i was unaware i signed up for). If you are having trouble, consider making your opinions public to get a resolution. Proceed with extreme caution. Would not recommend.

Dec 09,2023A scam! Don’t use it. No explicit warnings about automatic renewals. A $0.99 becomes $50 in a few days without you being aware. No explicit way to cancel subscription. Everything is design to steal your money.

When they gave me the offer of trial they showed me a form where I should type the information of my bank card and I closed the tab and left the web page and continued with my search and suddenly several collection attempts appeared in my bank account, why?

Dec 09,2023Ik heb het gebruikt om 1 pdf aan te passen Je betaald inderdaad 99 cent MAAR je gaat dan een ABONNEMENT AAN !!! MAAR let op je kunt dat METEEN opzeggen door hun te mailen. Ik was dat vergeten. en kreeg dus ook na 1 week een afschrijving van paypal .. ECHTER heb je in de EU 2 weken opzegtermijn .. ( staat op hun site/in de mail) dus ik heb gemaild .. en opgezegd. EN zij hebben DIRECT de 49,99 terug gestort. Dat verdient wel punten !! DUs je moet wel zelf heel goed kijken / lezen .. en METEEN opzeggen als je het niet wil blijven gebruiken

Dec 16,2023Pubblicità ingannevole. Mi hanno sottratto €49,99 senza il mio consenso. Mi hanno ingannato chiedendomi di fare il pagamento di €0,99 per la trasformazione di un documento da word in pdf. Mi hanno richiesto i dati della carta ed io ci sono caduto come un pollo. Forse per evitare l'inganno bisognava andare a leggere le clausole in qualche pagina del sito e magari con caratteri piccolissimi, che per leggere ci vuole la lente d'ingrandimento. Mi raccomando chiunque ne stia alla larga.......
