Dec 08,2023Scam warning : dont use pdfmaster.app Plenty of people reporting paying small fees (1$) for a service, but then charged 50$ as subscription fees 7 days later, even tough never agreed to any kind of subscription. Don’t use this service.

Dec 07,2023PDF Master has a very shady business model. Without even knowing it, you are signed up for a monthly plan for 49.99 euros. You cannot subsequently cancel it yourself and they withdraw the money without your knowledge and approval. There is only one word for this kind of business: Fraud

Dec 06,2023If I could rate this company a zero I would. Like everyone else on here, I have been scammed. Charged $49.99 USD for what I thought was a one off $1.99 ONE WEEK access charge. Also, they advertises as “free” when it is anything but. Avoid this company like the plague, I would normally check trust pilot before purchasing anything from a company I haven’t bought from before and this is this one time I didn’t and I regret it so bad. I have opened a complaint through PayPal and if that doesn’t work, I’ll be contacting my financial institution to report as fraudulent activity - I suggest those who can, try and do the same so we can get some justice against this disgusting company.

Dec 03,2023Paid for a one-off use of their service for 80p and they proceeded to deduct a months subscription of $49 after a week. Cancelled the subscription as soon as I saw the charge leave my account but they hid behind their ‘fine print’. Like the other reviews here, I strongly recommend avoiding this company and their services.

Dec 02,2023Non appena si tenta di fare la conversione di un documento si viene indirizzati in automatico ad un pagamento i cui dati riassuntivi sono poco chiari e se si ha un metodo di pagamento preimpostato si viene ridiretti sull'abbonamento da 49,99 Euro. Anche per i più attenti, di fatto l'abbonamento scatta in automatico con la selezione del bottone dowload (senza che vi sia indicato iscrivimi, paga ora, vai al carrello, acquista...niente). Tuttavia devo ammettere mio malgrado che il programma funziona alla grande e mi ha convertito in modo egregio PDF che venivano sempre immodificabili o disastrosi con altri programmi gratuiti. Anche le icone e le immagini più piccole sono perfette ed editabili.

Nov 30,2023SCAM!!! Do NOT sign up with this “company”. Every time I call, it sends me to voicemail, so I’m certain they don’t even exist. HORRIBLE!! Listen to the 200+ reviews calling this company a SCAM. These people suck in EVERY way. They will steal $50 every month if you let them. RIDICULOUS!!
