Dopo aver pagato un servizio €0,99, si è attivato un abbonamento e una settimana dopo mi sono stati sottratti altri €49,99. Ho contattato il servizio clienti e mi è stato riferito che i pagamenti sul loro sito non prevedono rimborso.

Nov 07,2023You cannot cancel the subscription yourself. You pay 1Eur and then you're stuck! You depend in them, which is a black pattern and illegal in the EU. You also don't have access to your own payment settings, you cannot remove your payment method to avoid the charge of 49,99Eur which comes 7 days after the sign-up. If only I knew the cancellation will be this hard or I should say impossible, I would have never used their service. STAY AWAY!

Nov 07,2023Honest: They advertise 7-day trial for $1.99; renews at monthly rate of 4-5x the competition... Cancel anytime before! BUT WAIT THERE's MORE!! The only way to cancel is to email them and surprise... this is where it breaks down. 5 days later, a dozen emails and they still haven't responded. After 6 attempts at charging my card, I was forced to cancel my card and get a new one (as many of you know, this can be annoying AF!) Helpful - Either they designed it this way on purpose or it's due to incompetence... either way, this product is not worth the $1.99 for the 7 days, let alone $49.99 every month! Constructive: Wait... why are you still reading??? RUN! If that wasn't enough to deter you, then you deserve what is coming. God speed!

Nov 06,2023Site looked very professional. Accepted charge of Euro 0.99 for a one off file conversion. One week later an unauthorised (monthly) charge of Euro 49.99 for a subscription that was never requested. Have stopped the card and advised bank that the transaction is unauthorised and fraudulent. Proceeding with charge back.

Nov 06,2023Scam. Complete scam do not give them your credit card information or they will continue billing you every month. I have had to put a block on my credit card to stop them. They do not respond to emails or requests to stop billing.

Nov 05,2023On 28 September 2023, I purchased what I thought was a 7-day subscription because I needed to disassemble and reassemble a bunch of scans. I paid and got the services I needed. In my receipt, they mentioned a subscription, but there was no link to the T&Cs and no clear way to unsubscribe. Neither did I find one in the dashboard. So I thought it was a poorly written template sent out at every purchase. On 5 October 2023, they charged me some 43 GBP. I assumed it was for a yearly subscription, given they had mentioned that. Today, they tried to charge my card again - twice, for a further 43 GBP. How can the company improve? 1. state *clearly* what it is that we are buying, rather than being evasive - it's not cool that we find out it's a yearly subscription AFTER the purchase 2. provide a link to cancel the subscription - like all legit businesses do 3. realize yearly subscriptions do not get charged every month and stop trying to make additional money 4. offer an option to pay in other currencies other than just USD (especially when you are based in Cyprus, or UAE - your invoice and the blurb on your company site say two different things). I know it's relatively just a little money, but you are going to get reported to Action Fraud because your advertisement, invoice, and T&Cs are everything BUT clear. I still have your emails and I can evidence everything I've written. My credit card company has also been informed.

Nov 04,2023TOTAL SCAM. I paid 99cents to use their service once. A month later $49.99 was taken from my account. There is no way of contacting them. They have since twice tried to take another $49.99. All I could do was cancel my card which is a total pain as you all know. BEWARE.

Nov 04,2023It is only fair to provide an update when an issue has been resolved. As much as it was disappointing to jump through hoops. The customer service was nice enough to see that I get a refund with their apologies. Hopefully this would be a better way forward for PDF Master and its customers.

Nov 03,2023Paying for 1-time use automatically renews as an expensive monthly subscription. It’s deceptively worded so you think you’re paying $1 to access one document one time, when actually this is a “trial” that renews — for me it’s $71.44 CAD/month and it keeps getting flagged on my visa as fraud and locking me out. In my opinion, they know what they’re doing.

Nov 08,2023They are scammers....I feel dumb for not checking trustPilot first. Pdfmaster didn't respond to any of my mails. Contact with them is impossible. My story is the same as that of everyone else here. Paid 0,99 euros for what I thought was just for using their service for a week, and then they took 49,99 euros of my creditcard. You can't cancel the subscription yourself (in your account settings or something like that), you'll have to contact hem trough email. And they will not respond to your email. Easy scam for them. I have blocked my creditcard and I will try to do everything possible to get those 49,99 euros back. It's insane this company still exists...
