Nov 03,2023Site looked very professional. Accepted charge of USD$0.99 for a one off file conversion. One week later an unauthorised (monthly) charge of USD$49.99 for a subscription that was never requested. Have stopped the card and advised bank that the transaction is unauthorised and fraudulent. Proceeding with charge back.

Nov 03,2023Ho utilizzato il sito per l'esigenza di un file urgente, dopo aver pagato una piccola somma, dopo 1 settimana si sono presi 49,99€ senza che io avessi dato l'autorizzazione a nessun abbonamento! Ho inviato una mail per il rimborso e la disdetta di questo abbonamento spero che mi rispondano e risolvano il tutto! Abbiate almeno la decenza di specificare la tipologia di abbonamento senza truffare le persone!!

Nov 01,2023Got a fraud alert from my bank this morning, saw it was a subscription charge from these guys and remembered that I had recently paid 0.99 for a seven-day access pass, NOT a monthly subscription. What started it all was that the preview they showed of the converted file I needed was perfect and that's what prompted my purchase. In the end, the final file was nothing like the preview and in fact was totally useless. Ugh, beware - very unethical behavior all around, not to mention a total waste of time.

Oct 31,2023I signed up for a one-week subscription with PDF Master for $1.8, but my experience quickly turned into a nightmare. Without my consent, I was placed into an auto-renewal subscription, and for the past two months, I've been charged over $180. This is a blatant example of deceptive practices. I feel like I've been robbed, and I would strongly advise against using PDF Master. Their business model is far from transparent, and it's clear that they prioritize profits over customer satisfaction. My experience has been a stark reminder of the importance of trustworthy service providers. I hope others can learn from my experience and avoid falling into the same trap.

Oct 30,2023Don't put any payment instrument to this service, they are untrustworthy (not to say more) !! The service is ok but price and selling method are just made to turn around you. I start working on a pdf (free) and, after making all my changes, I wanted to save . At that stage, I had to pay for a subscription. I decided to go for 1.99 a day. 1 week later, I've got charged 49.99 €!

Oct 30,2023I fell for this scam same as many people here apparently, i was charged 49.99 euros after 7 days without knowing about the subscription as i though i only paid for 7 days subscription which was only 0.99 euros. Wrote more than an email to them and i have got the same reply that subscription was cancelled but not even mentioning of a refund. Contacted paypall as it was payment method i used, i opened a case and apparently they contacted those scammers and they inform me that a refund was issued. I would suggest for all of you who are going through this to contact your payment method provider and report this as a fraud and unauthorized payment to get a refund, all the best.

Oct 30,2023Avoid at all cost! It's a rip-off scheme that makes you believe you are buying a one-off service and then you are into a monthly £49.99 automatic renewal scam without realising it. I am shocked that credit card companies allow this to happen.

Please report their paid ads as scam to Google so PDF Master can no longer use "free PDF edit" or "free PDF combine" to help themselves to people's bank accounts. Trustpilot: This company is using fake 5* Trustpilot reviews as social proof on their website.

Oct 29,2023There is no transparency and even clear information that there will be an automatic subscription for 49,99 💶 if you will not cancel the subscription in 24 hours at least after 7 day trial period. There was no billing information sent to your email as confirmation. Please be mindful before processing a payment transaction to avoid inconvenience of follow ups and email refutes, the service that I did not even use because I could not even download the file. There was a so called terms and conditions and the information of automatic subscription but in form of almost blurred and small text that you cannot immediately notice. Wish you all the luck Pdf master, hope you are eating well and have a sound 😴
