Oct 28,2023Quick update on my issue, when I contacted them and requested for refund, they refunded charges for both month summing up to 99.98, so they do not seem to be a scammers, it just we need to be carefull when reading terms and services. and they have to show it clearly that after paying 1.99 in 1 week it becomes 49.99 per month. also add option to unscribe from profile etc. I paid only for 1 week membership, I really have not seen that after there is 49.99 monthy payment, whats even worse this is second time I got charged with that amount and never ever received an email about my billings, they do all the best to hide charges and you missed it, never ever sign up with them

Oct 27,2023As many of the reviews on here, I was too scammed into being charged €49.99 while thinking I only purchased a 7-day trial for €0.99. What's even more frustrating is that I didn't even use it eventually since it only accommodates a limited number of fonts (about 5), so I couldn't edit my original file which was in a different font. I've emailed customer service and they obviously pushed back saying that "the total price is always depicted before the purchase, as transparency is one of our main principles" (lol). They even had the audacity to offer me a very special Lifetime Plan! Anyway, will report it as fraud to my bank, see how it goes.

Oct 27,2023My initial expericence with this app company was WHAT !!- did they just charge me for a full year without notifying me ? - and sure they did. Well.. actually if you read the small letters on their pricing you can see that when you buy a 7 day access for like 2 USD you also accept to pay a full year if you dont cancel within 7 days. SO.. - I wrote the company and complained that they should do a much better job telling customers exactly what will happen IF you choose the 2 USD access. Like: Choosing this plan you ACCEPT to be fully charged in 7 days. Anyways.. - like I said - I wrote the company and they transferred ALL the money back to my account. On top of that offering me a lifetime free access to their software for free for the trouble caused (by me not reading the small letters).. So all in all - I´m now a happy customer will a lifetime access to their platform :-)

Oct 27,2023I had purchased the $199 service and then the full fee of $49 was taken from my account. I did write to them and thankfully whilst pointing me to the T&Cs they did agree to refund the fee. I feel they need to change the tactic of taking money from peoples accts for using it as a one off service so people can use it as & when required.

Oct 25,2023I fell for exactly the same issue. Thought I paid for 7 days use and had inadvertently entered into a monthly subscription. That being said an email to them resulted in an apology and a full refund within an hour. The 5 stars is for excellent customer service

Oct 25,2023I bought their product once for 7 days. After that period, they charged me €49.9 as an auto subscription. Cancellation of subscription must be done by sending an email. This is pure fraud and the site should be shut down.

Wer den Dienst einmal nutzt, tappt damit in eine Abofalle. das Abo lässt sich zwar wieder annullieren, sein Geld bekommt man allerdings nicht zurück 50 € für nichts und wieder nichts absolut katastrophaler, kundenservice, nie wieder! Auf jeden Fall die Finger davon lassen. Betrugsmasche!!!

Nachdem ich meine PDF-Bearbeitet hatte, musste ich eine E-Mail-Adresse angeben, um dannach ein kostenpflichtiges Angebot (7 Tage begrenzter Zugang für 0,99 €, 7 Tage voller Zugang für 1,99 €, oder jährlicher Zugang für 24,95 € monatlich). Hätte ich das empfohlene Angebot (7 Tage begrenzter Zugang), wäre ich in eine Abofalle getappt und man hätte mir, laut dem Kleingedruckten auf der Seite, nach Ablauf einer Woche 49,99 € monatlich abgebucht. Absolute Frechheit!
