The groomer took the time to get to know Charlie, asking about his grooming history and any specific needs he might have. I loved how they tailored the grooming session to suit his personality. Throughout the process, I could see how much the staff genuinely cared for the animals in their care. When Charlie was done, he looked like a brand-new dog! The quality of the grooming was outstanding, with meticulous attention to detail. Plus, the staff provided me with valuable advice on maintaining his coat and keeping his skin healthy.

Oct 30,2024It took forever to get the clippers, once they came, they ran too hot and I had to return them. Still haven’t heard an update on the return, and the women I talked to (I was super kind) seems to hate her job and seemed annoyed having to help me through the return process. I ordered my new clippers from another company, got them in 3 days, and they’re amazing.

Oct 30,2024The orders are always filled quickly! If something is damaged in shipping, the replace item as long as a picture is given. All of the products that I had ordered are of great quality! The only reason I gave a 4 star review is because the shampoo that I use is 4$ more. I order my shampoos from a different place.

Oct 24,2024A great company to order grooming products! I've greatly enjoyed the products I've purchased, largely because I'm very familiar with them already. BUT, that does make branching out to experiment with new products a bit daunting. I would love to try other brands, but, if they do not work out, I'm left with product that takes up space until I can figure how to use it down (the smallest shampoo bottles are 16oz). I can only give my staff so many freebies before it becomes a dangerous idea. I'd love more sample sizes, maybe something good for 1 or 2 dogs only, to widen my palate. And also, if they would reach some kind of agreement to host more Davis products that would be great. I still have customers asking for the Plum Silk shampoo and honestly, no one has it anymore that ships down here to me.
