Oct 22,2024I love the products and the shipping is always fast and reliable. However, trying to use this system to order is rather dreadful. None of the prices were reflected until viewed in the shopping cart, some products got randomly, added and needed to be removed before proceeding through checkout, some product had no image, and it’s just not terribly user-friendly overall. I will continue to use this company despite the terrible website, but I would definitely get somebody to redo the entire site for you.

Oct 22,2024This really would be a 3 out of 5 stars rating on the customer service over the phone experience because I called 3 different times for different reasons and 1 out of 3 costumer services specialist was awesome while the other 2 were not so great. They were rushing, uniform, brushing you through however the one stellar customer service representative Yetera (I know this is not how it is spelled) she was helpful, amazing, patient and very informed and knowledgeable of the order processing questions I needed answered. Yetera gets the 5 star review. Just because of Yetera is why I'm rating this 5 stars instead of 3 stars.

Oct 18,2024I’ve ordered the classic fresh and clean shampoo multiple times now only for my order to be cancelled. I also ordered Oster Blade wash and that was cancelled as well. DONT TAKE ORDERS IF YOU DONT HAVE THE PRODUCT!!! It’s getting out of hand with all of the out of stock items!
