May 04,2024I recently relocated from NYC to London via Paris with my cat. Mira was available and quick to respond with any questions I had about my journey. Upon arriving in Paris my driver, Simon gave clear instructions on where to meet him, which was helpful considering I had never been to CDG before. He was helpful with my luggage and the trip was comfortable and he provided clear instructions on how to proceed with the boarder crossing. Would definitely recommend Petmovesabroad as I don’t know how I would have completed my journey without their assistance. Moving my cat was the most stressful part of my relocation and having their help made me feel much more confident about my journey.

May 03,2024Mira helped us understand what we needed to get our pup from NY to the UK. She was very pleasant to communicate with from start to finish of our journey. She was always knowledgeable and responsive to any questions we had. Kevin, who picked us up in Paris, was very kind during the 5.5 hour journey into London. He was also extremely punctual - which is so important when doing a journey like this. We thank Pet Moves Abroad for their expertise and dedication to getting our pup into the UK!

May 02,2024My boyfriend and I had such an easy journey from New York to London with Pet Moves Abroad! We flew with our cat into CDG then drove right up to our door in London (via the Chunnel). They made everything so easy, and they were very kind (we had Kawa as our driver and he was great!). We certainly plan on using them again and can’t recommend them enough.

Since I read all the good comments about Petmovesabroads, I knew this will be the best decision. Mira answered all my questions since the beggining and after 10 hours flight, Kevin was in CDG when we arrive. He was very kind and answer all my questions, help me in the pet reception, and takes us safe and relax to our new home. Thanks Mira and Kevin for everything.

Apr 29,2024I contacted Mira on a Sunday as we became stranded in France and couldn’t get back to the UK with our dog. Mira answered even though it was the weekend, and went above and beyond to organise the pet taxi for us for Monday morning. We would have had to stay another two days if not for her efficiency and organisation. We used the service to get from Montreuil sur Mer (an hour from Calais) to go through the Eurotunnel to Ashford to collect a rental car. Mira organised Pino our driver to collect us and he was amazing too. He arrived early and was kind and helpful. The car was lovely and my dog had a nice journey. It made things so much easier, and meant we didn’t have to stay longer and give the dog another worming tablet. Thank you for a great service!

Apr 29,2024Kevin was awesome. Answered all my questions and there were many. He was very prepared bringing a litter box and litter in case my cat needed and even had water available for her. After traveling for 24 hours it was lovely to be met and treated so professionally. He took away the stress. I would recommend this service and intend to.

Mira was incredibly responsive and explained everything I needed to know about pet relocation in great detail. She even took the initiative to reach out to me to make arrangements. Pat, our driver, was absolutely superb. He was polite, punctual, and drove with utmost care, ensuring the safety of our furry friend. His friendly demeanour made the journey even more pleasant. Thanks to Mira and Pat, our pet relocation to the UK was so seamless and reliable! Highly recommended!

Apr 27,2024We have recently relocated from the Far East to the UK and probably our biggest worry has been moving our dog, who doesn't normally like even a 5-minute car ride!! Before our move, the communications with Mira were clear and effective and the booking process was simple, which was a great help, with so many other things to consider with a major relocation. After a 13-hour flight to Paris, we were met at CDG by Paulo, who then took us all the way to Devon. The trip was very smooth and comfortable, even after a long flight - our dog slept most of the way! With more than a bit of jet lag, it was great to have Paulo to help us through the trip, particularly with the checks at the Channel Tunnel, but also with plans for short stops for our dog (and us) to have a break! Before the trip, we were fearing a stressful and uncomfortable journey, but, thanks to Mira and Paulo, we arrived early and stress-free. We wouldn't hesitate to strongly recommend Pet Moves Abroad!

Apr 25,2024My partner recently moved over from Latin America, and was really worried about bringing her dog over. However, this was the easiest and most straight forward part of the moving process thanks to the team here at Petsmoveabroad. Communication with Mira was great from start to finish, and Jovan was absolutely fantastic going above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable, helping us communicate with the luggage agents when the airline lost our baggage, and sorting out the pet paperwork at the border. We knew what treatment we needed before, as Mira reminded us a few days before the trip, which helped us have peace of mind that we had the proper treatments. Our doggo arrived happy and calmy and pretty much slept the entire journey (testament to the comfort of the vehicles... and Jovan's good driving!) If you've any doubts at all about using this service - don't! It's worth every penny and makes the entire process simple, easy and straighforward and gives complete peace of mind.

My driver Pat helped clear customs and was right on top of every effort that was required for this program. Additionally the flexibility of the service when I had to change my appointment due to aircraft mechanical difficulties was wonderful.

Apr 23,2024We are happy to say that we had a very smooth and stress free travel with 2 dogs and 3 cats from Paris CDG to Warwickshire in 6.5 hrs. In our planning process Mira was super helpful and professional as well as kind and understanding. Our friendly driver Simon was fantastic. We were worried that all our luggage and the 5 pets’ crates would not all fit the car but amazingly he fit everything in the boot and we sat very comfortably on the seats. He efficiently took us through the pet immigration procedures, something we would’ve struggled if we were on our own. We couldn’t believe we arrived in such a short time and really grateful to Simon and Mira. Definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable taxi service crossing the border with pets!

Apr 20,2024We used Pet Moves Abroad for our journey from UK to Oslo, Norway. We left on Saturday early morning and our plan was to reach Oslo by 10pm on Sunday as my husband needed to be at work on Monday. We were travelling as a couple, with our 10 year old pug and half of my house contents! From the start the company was very helpful, and very responsive with all my questions. We were picked up early from home and the ride to Folkestone was smooth, as was the crossing. From Calais we drove up to Germany and stayed overnight in a pet friendly hotel. Our next ferry crossing was from Denmark to Norway and this was scheduled for the Sunday. We certainly had a long journey but even as a nervous passenger, our driver's smooth and safe driving kept my nerves under control and we felt completely looked after. Unfortunately, our ferry was cancelled due to bad weather, so we booked another ferry, and that too was cancelled! There was one last late ferry that we could take but it meant a very late drive for our driver, Tony. At this point, my husband and I were feeling pretty stressed, but Tony stayed calm and together we talked over the options and Tony was happy to accommodate us in whatever we decided to do. We chose to try getting on the late ferry and it finally sailed and once on the ferry we all managed to have a rest and even a nap! We reached Kristiansand, Norway at midnight and then Tony drove a further 4 hours to Oslo and even in the early hours of 4am, Tony helped with the task of unloading a packed van. Tony was a super star and helped us get to Oslo in time for my husband’s Monday meeting! Before booking pet moves abroad, we looked at several travel options, including driving ourselves, but we are so glad that we booked this service.

Apr 09,2024We were moving our family from Monaco to London with two cockers. The process of flying our beloved pets back to the UK was becoming extraordinarily expensive and we were deeply concerned for their well-being. We were very fortunate to find Pets Move Abroad. Mira coordinated our journey from Paris to London with professionalism and care, always keeping us informed and completely alleviating the stress that we were experiencing from trying to find a solution to getting our pets back to the UK. Our driver, Simon, was frankly, phenomenal. It was apparent that he was very passionate about providing the best service he possibly could and went more than the extra mile at Gare de Lyon by helping carry our luggage at least 800m + to his SUV as the parking at the train station was unexpectedly closed for no apparent reason! Simon facilitated the smooth transition through customs at the Euro Tunnel and drove us straight to the front door of our new house in London. Fantastic. Pets Move Abroad are a truly brilliant company. We would absolutely, without any hesitation at all, use their services and we would highly recommend that you do to!

May 05,2024I recently relocated from Brooklyn to London with my cat Mimsy and decided to use PetmovesAbroad after discovering to my horror that the UK makes all pets fly in cargo. I chose PetmovesAbroad after reading their numerous great reviews and it turned out to be a FANTASTIC choice. I was incredibly anxious about my moving my cat and worried that going through France would be complex but Mira laid it all out super clearly and it really just requires one additional health certificate for the EU. Mira knows what she is doing and is highly responsive / helpful. My driver Pat was the absolute best — super chill, really nice guy and excellent driver. He made the drive go by in a flash. I am SO GLAD I did not put Mimsy in cargo and I could not recommend PetmovesAbroad enough!!
