Very trustworthy and secure payment.So reliable and when I ll be moved again I will call them again for sure. My driver Pino is the best ever, he is super professional, super kind and very helpful and super friendly!!! Everything was so smooth and easy. Fully recommended!!! You will not regret at all!! Best service ever.

Apr 02,2024My experience was outstanding. Mira was very helpful with all the planning process even it was Easter Holiday. Kevin picked us (me & my cat) from Paris Orly Airport-from arrivals hall. Our travel was very good. Surprisingly my cat was never stressed (even though I thought he would be). Kevin is a vey good travel buddy. I definitely recommend them! Thank you very much!

Mar 28,2024Kawa, our driver taking us from Paris to England. He sent a message in advance which has given us big peace of mind amidst our connecting flight and customs clearance. The journey was comfortable and we felt safe entirely. Kawa also made effort to accompany us to the pet reception to ensure the process is done. We recommend Kawa to anyone who wish to take their pet abroad at ease and with hassel-free journey.

Mar 24,2024Moving house never meant to be an easy task especially with a furry child and from overseas. I am so blessed that I have listened from their previous customers of similar background and followed their advice on choosing this company. From the beginning, the establishment have had painted a clear picture on the process, charges and payment methods. They are also caring and flexible, responsive in altering pre-agreed arrangements. Being a punctual person, I am most impressed with their time management: the driver picked us up at the designated meeting time, despite the ETA of our flight was much earlier. I was skeptical when told to meet at 7 while my flight arrives at 5ish in the morning. Who wanted to wait longer at the airport for pickup after a 13 hours flight? However by the time the customs formalities was done, we were out only 10-15 minutes earlier. This shows how experienced they are in this field. Throughout the trip the driver kept us informed on rest stops, lunch and arrival time. It turned out he is a master of estimation. Everything was spot on as he scheduled. He too is courteous, friendly and assisted with our huge load of belongings. If I ever need to do it again, I will definitely choose Petmovesabroad.

Mar 24,2024They are amazing! They were extremely flexible, kind, professional, and gave clear directions. We had a lot of changes to our schedule and they had no problem adjusting to meet our needs. Paulo showed up before our agreed time, the vehicle was clean and comfortable, he was respectful and assured us that if anything went wrong, he would help. We had no issues at Eurotunnel and made one stop in France for gas. The entire trip saved us a lot of stress and headache, I would absolutely recommend anyone go with Pets Move Abroad for any pet traveling needs. Thank you so much for everything.

Mar 16,2024We were picked up by Mo from CDG with a very smooth meet up in the arrivals hall. We had a lot of baggage and it all easily fit in their Mercedes van. We ran into an issue with our paperwork and Mo took us to a small vet near Calais to get everything sorted. It was amazing having someone there who knew what to do. Highly recommend!

Mar 14,2024When moving countries you can imagine it's already stressful enough. Moving countries with 3 cats is even more stressful. Petmovesabroad made this process so easy and so stress-free for me. Punctual responses, so eager to answer any questions or concerns you have. Mira and Paulo were both so amazing. Mira set us up with our driver Paulo and when we arrived at the airport he had sent us a picture of what he looked like so we had no trouble finding him. He was waiting right at the front holding a sign with my name on it. So helpful when you're in a new country and airport you aren't familiar with! Their vans have ample space for luggage and your animals (I had 4 large luggage and 2 small) and the van even had a litter box ready for our cats. Paulo was so respectful and talkative the whole drive, giving us information and facts about everything we asked or everything we passed on the drive that we were curious about. We even stopped to grab a snack on the long car journey from Paris to London. I highly recommend this company if you're looking for an easy n stress-free way to get around with your pets. Thank you so much for getting myself and my cats to london safely. After the long flight from Canada to France my cats were so lucky to have a safe and comfortable drive after being stuck in a crate for so long. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

I move to UK from HK with 4 dogs and 1 cat, I compared with 4 pet taxi companies finally I choose Petmovesaboard, the price was the most reasonable and Mira always reply my questions promptly that make me feel confident to her company. Starting from the CDG airport until we arrived home , Simon give us a big hand, carry our heavyweight luggage’s, arranged pass through pets quarantine, he was super nice and helpful, he makes our journey safe and eased our stress.
