Oct 06,2023What this company does is life saving and so special. I moved my life from Canada but I almost chose to cancel if I could not bring my fur baby. I’m so happy to have found them as they made everything so seamless and explained everything and we SO accommodating. Pino was an absolute gem he picked me and Benjie up from Paris was so friendly and made the 6 hour trip so pleasant. Benjie was comfortable and was able to be out of his crate the whole way and I could tell he was much happier. Thank you to Mira and Pino for helping me make a life changing move without having to leave my boy behind.

Oct 05,2023Excellent organisation! Mira is very helpful and gives you all the information you need. Smooth and pleasant journey from Calais to London with awesome driver Paulo. Plans have changed in last minute due to unexpected train strike and he was literally running extra miles and took me and my pup home to our doorstep. Couldn't be more thankful. Will use the service again, I highly recommend!!! Very trustworthy people.

The travel was very smooth, the car was really nice, spacious and clean, and the driver was very professional, kind and helpful. I can’t recommend this service enough.

Kawa, our driver was very helpful at the border with the dogs paperwork etc, he also found us a place to rest up for the night in Folkestone. All in all, a great experience and I would recommend them to anyone needing to move to the UK with their pets.

I am pleased that we could travel with our 4 cats all along. The communication was also excellent and we had no difficulties whatsoever. I highly recommend their service.

Los automóviles en los que viajamos (con Mark y Dave) estaban impecables y ellos manejaron muy bien y fueron amables en todo momento. Además tuvimos el apoyo de Mira en todo momento, contestando a nuestras preguntas y estando al pendiente de nuestras necesidades. Además de todo ello, son súper flexibles y de fácil trato. Recomiendo completamente utilizar esta compañía para transportar mascotas en Europa.

Sep 29,2023My wife and pet were travelling from Paris to Folkstone in September 2023. Paul was responsive from day 1 on email and sent all the details proactively. The arrangements were finalised well in advance and all details were sent. Big shout to David who helped my wife and pup with all documents at pet centre and even helped manage luggage. I would definitely recommend them to everyone. It may be routine for them but they understand that it’s the first time for their clients. And they ensure client comfort and emotional connect right from day one. Thank you Paul and David. You are rockstars

She took care of all the details to ensure my trip from London to Paris was relaxing. Our driver, Kawa, was excellent and helped us navigate the Pet Check-In at the Eurotunnel. I highly recommend Mira and her team if you want a seamless and relaxing trip across the Channel.

Sep 27,2023We were travelling back from Spain with our dog and our car broke down in Bordeaux. We didn’t have a way of crossing back to England from the north of France in the absence of a car so we contacted Mira and within a few minutes she had arranged our trip home from Calais to Folkestone! Excellent service from start to finish especially when considering we gave less than a days notice. Kevin drove us all over in comfort and can’t recommend this service highly enough

He was also very friendly to us and our kitty and made us feel comfortable during the ride. Additionally, prior to the trip they were very responsive, clear with directions, and flexible! Cannot recommend enough! 🤍

Oct 08,2023Simon was an excellent driver. He sent us a Whatsapp link so we could track the car arriving in Paris. This way, we could be prepared to board at the arrival time, since the city's traffic is quite unpredictable. He is a responsable driver and helped us cross the tunnel with both our documentation and that of our pet (Bowie). We had a very pleasant trip and arrived at our destination in London in just over five hours, which was an excellent time considering the traffic in both cities.
