May 14,2023Our driver Jovan was very professional, he helped us with our very heavy luggage, shared a lot of tips living here, and was very well experienced with the customs and immigration. We are in very good hands and didn't need to worry about anything throughout our journey. Mira was also extremely supportive from the day we made our reservation and follow up with us on our experience afterwards. Highly recommended overall!

May 07,2023Very good experience from enquiry to service. Messages were responded quickly and efficient booking of Eurotunnel. We flew all the way from Hong Kong to Paris, then pet taxi from Paris to UK (Warrington). Kawa was our driver - he was excellent, already standby at the airport when we landed and being able to locate and pick us up right after we exited at the airport gate. The transition part from plane to pet taxi was efficient and seamless. Kawa was friendly with good energy, we aligned to do the 8 hour drive nonstop and we were sent safely to home with 2 hrs ahead of schedule. Our cat was terrified inside the plane but extremely calm during the drive. The inside of the car was comfortable, myself and my husband also had some good sleep along the way and felt recharged when arrived the destination. Nothing to complain. Thank you for the superb service!

From exchanging email to arriving home, I was always informed step by step, such as booking eurotunnel, payment, meeting the driver at the airport, driving through pet inspection and customs, eurotunnel trucks, etc. I am glad that they helped the final leg of my 24-hour journey.

Mira assisted me throughout the whole procedure - I was honestly a bit worried for my 15 hrs journey with my cat, but they picked me up from Paris train station and drove me to my place in London so smoothly! Apr 26,2023Awesome experience with pet moves abroad!! I travelled from NY to Paris with my cat and Kevin drove us from Paris to London. Kevin was very nice and got us safely to our destination with no issues! We felt very safe and comfortable around Kevin. Communication was excellent beforehand as well with Paul and Mira. Would use them again in a heartbeat.

Apr 25,2023We are a family of three members to bring a Maltese white dog from Hong Kong to Britain. We use the pet taxi service provided by Petmovesabroad. On the day of transfer, there were no serious hiccups all the way although our flight was delayed by more than an hour. We met Simon, the pet taxi driver, at the airport arrival hall. Simon, very nice, helpful, and a professional driver, brought us safely home from Amsterdam via Eurotunnel to London. We have to thank Simon, who is very thoughtful, helpful, and driving safely throughout the whole trip. In particular, we are obligated to thank Mira who is always responsive and making the most suitable transfer arrangements for us! Petmovesabroad is highly recommended to whoever needs the service!

The driver Kevin was friendly and helpful. We will not forget how he came forward to us at the arrival hall. Looking for the driver was probably the last thing we needed at that moment.
