I was really afraid to go with Phonepower after reading some of the reviews on other websites. But so far they’ve been excellent, they switched it over to their company when they said they would and so I didn’t have to get the box set up I asked them if they could forward the phone to my cell phone and they did. I called for technical service to have them do the call forwarding they answered in a reasonable manner of time and a lady named Michelle that actually worked from home was absolutely excellent, so helpful and down to earth.
Phone Power is great, I am very happy. It would be good if Phone Power had a phone service that did not rely on the internet. I wanted to sign my parents up for Phone Power service but they do not have internet. Again, I am very happy with my service from Phone Power. Thank you, Corey
I cannot find instructions on how to retrieve voicemail messages on the phone.they go to my email, but does not allow for a very timely response.
A great VoIP service with great customer service. Should have never left a few years ago, great to have them again.
I am a new customer who agreed to prepay for a year's service. I was overcharged by a few dollars, and this fact was acknowledged. Although I contacted billings department several times, and each time they promised to correct their mistake, over a month later they still haven't, forcing me to pay the credit card company the incorrect amount or suffer interest fees. Phone Power's sloppiness and indifference to it's customers is unforgivable.
I've been with PhonePower since 8x8 got out of the residential voip...almost 20 years. In the past year they've gone to crap. Call logs take two days to populate calls. Call Id is gone from both call logs and from signal to phone. The only place call id shows...in the voice mail log. Go figger. I've contacted support multiple times in writing, most contact goes ignored. A couple of 'we're working on this known problem' only goes so far. My annual subscription ends in two months, I've already selected my next provider.
I had a problem with set up but I got great help from the service center.
Easy to install and works as expected. Friendly and skilled customer service to address billing issue.
I have only used Phone Power for a week due to the fact that my former phone provider, Frontier, disconnected my Internet service when they disconnected my phone service. It took 29 days for Frontier to reconnect my Internet.

Too early for commrnts
Price was higher than I expected due to state fees/taxes, but still saved me money over Comcast and Verizon costs. Equipment arrived when promised and quality of phone line so far is excellent (it's been about a month). Having a cloned line so I can get incoming/make outgoing calls when one line is in use is nice feature.
I highly recommend this company. They’re easy to work with, thorough, convenient and it was easy to set up. I love not having robo calls coming in now, and the voicemail is great / by being able to listen to messages right from my email is super. The phones sound quality is crystal clear. I’m so glad I found you and I’m saving money to boot, it’s a win win. Great job👌

The bill is steadily going up. And that’s the one thing I USE TO brag about y’all. Never fails company’s start off with good intentions and then somewhere in the corporate world they get greedy or whatever. Customer service goes way down which it has and cost goes up. 2 very good warnings.
Very solid phone service, polite staff in sales and in technical help. Highly recommend this company, most Telecom firms are awful, PhonePower is different and better. Thank you.
I've had Phone Power for a month now and it has been glitch free. My old system incorporated Google voice which became very unreliable and unstable.
**WARNING** ==>> Phone Power is neither transparent or truthful about their usage policies. They told us that if we keep our calling below 5000 mins per month, there would be zero issues with using their services. We repeatedly told them our intended usage and they insisted that there would be no issues. After less than 400 minutes of usage in our 1st. month, they had our service terminated by some AI software that locked us out of our account (could not log in), cut off our phone, sent us a generic email telling us that our account had been cancelled, but never stated the reason for this cancellation notice and the actions that they took against us. And since our phone service was now cut off, we had no way to contact them via phone to find out what was going on. All-in-all, we would never use them again even if they begged us to come back and provided free service to us, for life. **OUR ADVICE** STAY CLEAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. We used Phone Power for a few years with no major problems, but then they changed their criteria so their service was no longer compatible with the box I had to buy to use the service in the first place. They gave me very unclear guidelines about buying a new box, and the one I bought didn't work. Then I discovered that there was only one model of the box that was compatible, and it wasn't the one I had bought. I contacted the company and thought I had cancelled my subscription, and then I was surprised when they took another year's subscription the following year. I hadn't been able to use the service for well over a year. I contacted them again and demanded that they refund my money immediately, and they said they would have to look into it. It took them a month to refund my money. I wrote a negative review about my experience, and three months later I got an email asking me to send a copy of a bill or statement to verify that I had used the service before they would post my review. I couldn't do that because everything was done online, from subscription to cancellation, and there was never any kind of statement. The service was okay when it worked, but the customer service was and continues to be absolutely horrible.
