When I went to move to a new community, there was no doubt my new number was coming from Phonepower. Features, service and support are top-notch
The money spent for 1 year of VOIP (using an Obihai device) is far cheaper than a turnkey alternative. It works fine and I notice no differences between it and POTS service.
I had used Phone Power for years with my business line until I discontinued it last year and had a great experience ... good tech support, responsive customer support and friendly phone support. I recommended wholeheartedly to many other small business and personal contacts for years .... BUT: Unfortunately, when I decided to use Phone Power for my personal line, the experience was a nightmare. The new line contact got the entire order wrong which delayed getting the number transferred which delayed cancelling the old service, WHICH COST ME A LOT OF MONEY FOR A SERVICE AT A HOUSE I DIDN'T LIVE IN ANYMORE!!!! When I called the person who set it up they blew me off to customer support ... very frustrating ... very poor customer service. I'm in a 1 year contract now but I will drop the line after this contract due to the pathetic treatment. And Phone Power can rest assured that just as I recommended them for years, I will recommend against them from now on.
PhonePower is reliable, easy to use, and cost effective. The customer support and technical support is second to none and I would highly recommend this service for business or personal use.
so far so good.like the e-mail notification on messages.hope it continues this way.
I've had BroadVoice-PhonePower for over 10 years, and among its competitors, I believe it has the best value based on the large number the features it offers. However, here are some of the issues: - Charges for overseas phone calls that should not be charged (PhonePower claims that's not their fault) - Intermittent call quality issues - Barely acceptable customer service - long wait to talk or get help from tech support, unsympathetic support, inflexible and limited billing dept. support
Crystal clear with all the major features of more expensive providers.
So far so good. I have not seen any quality problems
Excellent customer services .... The phone call as usually it is the best...!!! I have phone and fax . Working nice...!!!!
I switched from Vonage and I'm very happy with PhonePower. Even though I have a very fast Internet connection I was having dropped calls with Vonage, I haven't had any such problems with PhonePower and the price can't be beat. I was able to transfer my existing Vonage telephone number for a one-time fee of $15 which is very reasonable. I would definitely recommend PhonePower to family and friends that are looking for VOIP telephone service.
Phone Power is awesome, its much better than the phone system we had.,Its clearer and have no problems whats so ever.
Very easy transition from a cable phone.
Excellent service! Support is only a phone call away. You get to talk to living, breathing people who are well trained.
Works very well so far.
New to your service, however,so far I am very satisfied.
Denied me from opening an overseas unlimited account. Whats the point of offering unlimited if your going to ban certain users from going over a hidden limit.
The reception is very poor at times.
PHONE POWER has saved me thousands of dollars and their service is top-notch. I really love these guys!
So far, I'm very pleased with the service, reps and equipment. Everything works well. Clarity is way better than Verizon. And the cost savings are fantastic. Thanks Phone Power, glad I found you on the internet.

Jun 14,2017The ordering and activation process was easy. The voice quality is good. The vmail access and menus are good. The ability to listen to vmail calls on my mobile phone are good. My one significant issue is still that the call blocking service still does not block many tele-marketing calls. The process to flag and add a call to the call blocking service is frustrating. I would like to see your phonepower windows and mobile apps have a feature within in them to allow me to flag the last call received as a tele-marketing call so as to add it to your block list
