Kellie and Darren helped us from the start with our split shipment with 2 different containers and two different countries when the change of country happened very drastically they were quick to quote up for us on the new route. The team showed up on time, packed quickly and efficiently on the days of the move.

Apr 03,2025Relocation to Cornwall Great service from start to finish overseen by Pauline Olejniczak, our move manager. The video assessment was easy and non-judgmental; I could take everything wanted to take with me including very heavy oak tree in its pot. We wanted to use a local firm but Pickfords were the most competitively priced for a move like ours which was over three days. The Leeds crew were super quick and efficient and had the job done in a flash. The Cornish crew were friendly, polite and respectful and we had s few laughs too. Everything reassembled, it was a painless experience during quite an apprehensive and anxious time.

Apr 02,2025I am so pleased I chose Pickfords to carry out the demands of my removals from the moment I spoke to Len who was amazing and sold Pickfords as a brand she felt passionate about and I felt safe and confident that they could carry out my requests and not only did they suppress my expectations they made the whole stressful event anything but. The two removals guys Aaron and Harry were very friendly and professional and conducted the move with speed and precision and demonstrated team work at its best. Pickfords are the best “Removals Team” I have every used and i highly recommend them to all you will not be disappointed.

Apr 01,2025Everything and everybody was so helpful. From booking our move to adjusting our dates to the actual move out and then in. Things could not have gone better. Everybody was very helpful and eager to please. If anyone is looking at the review then my advice is use Pickfords boxes. The few we borrowed are so much better than the ones we ordered from Amazon.

Apr 01,2025We were moving at the busiest time - trying to beat the end of a Stamp Duty Holiday. Pickfords worked closely with us to get us in before the deadline. Even when our move was delayed, the team bent over backwards to accommodate us. The removals teams were polite, respectful and efficient - offering to help us in every detail. Pickfords are one of the biggest removals firms around. I am not surprised by their success. Long may it continue.

A small move from South London to South Australia and from the moment I contacted them, Pickfords were fantastic, from office staff, to assessors, to team leaders and finally the excellent packers. Apr 01,2025Fantastic two part move managed by Jade very happy due to a cancellation we were able to have everything moved to our new house out of their storage facility with only three days notice which was a huge help when we thought we might have to wait a week or two. Many thanks to all the people involved, i especially appreciate the positive attitudes and protecting the house and carpet.
