Amazing experience and customer service. I recently visited the Tonypandy branch to look around at some cars, was greeted with amazing customer service from the very start, very patient also as I looked at a lot of different cars. I bought an amazing car, and was able to pick it up within 3 days - would of been sooner if I didn't need to do some other things with my car first. I've had an amazing experience with Rhyanne, she's always there to help whenever I've called and any questions that I had were answered straight away with as much detail as I needed. I would most definitely recommend pinetree cars Tonypandy, I have now bought 2 cars from pinetree cars and I have never had a problem.

Bought my car end of last year. Not entirely sure what I was doing but the representative who dealt with me, Rhyanne was amazing. She explained everything in detail. Any questions I had she answered in detail. My car is still perfect and going strong. There was lots of choice available within my budget and they found my perfect car.
If you’re thinking of skimming over the negative comments and focussing on the positives PLEASE DON’T. I’m sure they are being written by affiliates of the garage. This garage is an absolute shambles. Bought a car in good faith through car Finance 24/7 who were just as poor in their customer service. Perfect partnership if you ask me… both dreadful companies to deal with. We live in Wigan and the car was in South Wales. We arranged to collect and stay overnight, paid for a hotel as we were promised it would be ready. The car was not ready by the promised day but Connor did not even bother to phone us knowing we were travelling such a long way, hotel money therefore lost. The garage had the money for the car for TWO WEEKS and continued to fail to call us with updates. To be perfectly honest we began to wonder whether car actually existed. Connor continually lied and gave excuses. The worst sales person I have ever dealt with for anything I have bought. Excuses like he was too busy, family problems, day off, was not at the garage, forgot to ring, couldn’t find the car to send a wattsapp video was the best one…. The list goes on and on. The end to the two weeks of excuses was that the car had been irreparably damaged and that they couldn’t sell it to us… absolute joke! If you decide to buy from this garage then make sure it is not through Connor. Save yourself the tears, frustration and worry of actually where your money has gone. EDIT: Thank you for your reply. We did bring all issues to the attention to management at Pine Tree but were passed back to Connor each time to be dealt with. We weren’t aware of any complaints procedure or informed of this by either Connor, management, replies to our emails or Car Finance 24/7. Perhaps this could be looked at on your part too.
Ended up traveling 345 miles to collect a car that wasn't ready after communicating with a staff member that id be there on the tuesday, the staff text messaged another customer to tell them that (my) car wasnt going to be ready untill the 2 days later on the thursday. So i drove 345 miles for absolute nothing. Never been so upset and disgusted in my life, oh actually after driving home, the very next day i recieved another text saying the car i was buying had been condemned! Why on earth it was up for sale for customers to excite themselves to by there dream car when it hasn't had the relevant checks is a joke. Bad communication using text messaging after i called numerous times and just to be told there with customers all the time, i got a email back from the general manager to be told they done everything correct and thats the end of the matter. A full day wasted. A car i loved condemned and 1 whole day wasted and 700 miles on my new car plus extra insurance as i changed it over ready to drive home! Absolute nightmare! Would not recommend at all. Disappointed is a understatement.
Disgraceful company. My partner had a car with this company and have had nothing but problems the company will lie to you make out you have never contacted about the issue and deny all work I have every proof I need to prove this company are a disgrace they speak to customers like there nothing after you have purchased the car. A issue happend when the car was in warranty and they apparently fixed the issue now since the issue the car has driven 8000 miles apparently in two months that’s impossible but they won’t listen to a customer. Reports from numerous garages all confirm they did not resolve the issue as the exact same issue that was apparently fixed wasn’t. She had the car for around 1 year and has only actually worked for 4 months of that year. I expect gaynor will write back to this but yet will not agree to discuss and receive all the evidence proving they are at fault. And that’s because they don’t care about looking after customers and excepting they where wrong. But I’ll look forward to being able to provide every bit of evidence needed to prove there con artist who only care about the sales and not there aftercare.
This company is absolutely disgraceful had a car from them 1 year ago, in the first week of having the car took it back due to the car judering and an engine management light they plugged the machine into the car and knovked it off telling us put more fuel in, (the car had over half a tank in) then when we was sentbon our way the car broke down comoletely woukdnt drive at all then was told its nothing to do with them even tho it was under warranty we left the vechile there and contacted our finiace company who helped us prove it was there problem! This is where the real con artist came out in this company after months of them apprently fixing the car we recieved the car, water leaking and looking untouched(apprently its normal for water to leak) they made out tbey rebuilt the whole engine and sorted a compresion issue, 2 months after having the car back the car brome down with the exact same issue. Where the guy tried to make out it was a timing chain problem and nothing to do with the poor work. We had an indepent surveyor come out to prove tgere was nothing wrong with the timing chain. We then took to a independent garage where there report proved tgat the compression issue that was apprently fixed by pinetree was not even touched they never fixed the issue and never admitted after two seperate companys proving they never corrected the issues in the first place. I have been mistreated and completely ripped of by this company i would never want anyone to go threw this there complete con artists and do not care about the after care of there dangerous cars they sell stay away from these conpanys and use smaller garages who actually look after you and sell you a safe car the worst conpany with the worst attitude towards customers. As for the ridiculous reply if you actually spoke to our finiace company you would see i went to trading standards and a professional garage and it was confirmed the apparent work you done your refering too was never done to the standard it should be done as the issues are still the same i understand you have to try make out your telling the truth but we have all the proof to show you and anyone else your complete liars and con artists

Today I felt its important to point out that anyone wishing to purchase a car should not shop anywhere else. Unfortunately I come from a generation where a salesman's main purpose was to "Sell you A CAR" at any cost. financially or a wreck. Yes my husband have experienced them all to our cost. THANK YOU MO. I know... or at least 1000% certain with my purchase of my 2018 Peugeot 208 that it will be a lifetime sale for me. Mo you made sure that the car was the correct car for me. I never at any point felt pressure to purchase the car, but the package I received filled me with hope that ii have walked away (or Drove) with 100% peace of mind that I haven't bought from some back street cowboy. you made us feel like family. I will always ensure that my family will check with you first in purchasing their new cars in the future. Pinetree Cars must be proud to have you on board. I hope that when i need another car in a good few years that you will be there then MO. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Oh Mo..... you make a mean hot chocolate.
