I had a radiator rehung after it had come away from the wall. Guy that came was polite and tided afterwards
Second to none
Thankful for the surveyor that turned up yesterday.
Great listeners to the complaints made about dog barking incidents !! Unfortunately the problem is still ongoing ! Places for people have not sorted the tenent out and the dogs continue to bark !! Disappointing to tell the truth .
I had to wait far to long for my heater to be fixed. Damian was lovely, it's taken him five minutes to fix the problem. Just a matter of changing the heater, it's taken P.F.P many many weeks to get here. Less of a wait would be good. Must try harder P.F.P
Listened to what I said
30 year old falling apart kitchen that they don’t care about, rotten bathroom floorboards they don’t care about, house is basically falling to bits and they don’t care!
Good customer service and quick and efficient repair
Waiting to long for repairs to be done.
I they don't always come out to do repairs you got to wait a couple of weeks or months or stay in for 24 hours after you have complain about a repair and I have not got time to wait in my I prefer it if they come out to do the repair on that day you called them
Very good service.
Use never reply back. I have tried to get in touch with the landlord many times.
Have been in contact with your repairs department and delighted with the help i have received. Have been with places for people many years and have always found your assistance first class.
You don't ring when you're meant to properly. You're ring off mobile phones, which is unacceptable.Nothing gets sorted out at the properties properly. At all, so that is the reason for that rating and it happens all the time
Will not change my name even though papers sent
Shit company and never have service if they do wait months
When my rent was increased in April or May of this year, unfortunately I forgot to adjust my payments (by cheque). As I’m almost 78 years old I put my absent mindedness to a “senior moment”. In August-September I received a letter from Places for People accounts in Preston informing me of my rent arrears and threatened legal action. I explained what had happened and began paying off the arrears. However, as my understanding of arithmetic is poor, I wasn’t sure how much I needed to pay each month to settle the arrears, so I asked for a rent statement to be sent to me because I hadn’t seen one since January of this year. I believe it is unlawful for a landlord to deny a tenant sight of their rent account. Eventually I received one. Soon after I received another threatening letter. I was informed I could also contact Places for People’s Money Advice section for help, yet despite contacting them and asking them for a payment plan to eradicate my rent arrears, my request has been ignored! I accept I should have taken more notice at maths lessons at school but that was an awful long time ago (I left school at the age of 15 in 1962) but since I was told I could contact Places for People’s Money Advice section for help I fully expected this would be forthcoming. Despite contacting customer focus team by email about this matter earlier this week, no one has bothered to respond to offer me an explanation. How this widespread ignorant conduct is compatible with Places for People’s Together with Tenants charter pledges. I fail to understand. Yours disgusted, Alan O’Day Scott
No accountability for the ASB or the way their tenants treat the estate they live on. No customer service, no empathy for other residents when complaints are made. Avoid especially if your in the north west Neil moon and Debbie Steele do not take action when their tenants cause disruption from ASB to fly tipping. Disgrace of a company in my opinion
As it's a gas boiler that needs a qualified person, I reported at 18.40 hrs that I don't have any heating. I called back at 21.04 hrs to be told as I didn't get a call by 8pm nothing can be done until it's reported again at 8am tomorrow morning. The Current temperature is ranging between MINUS 3 falling to MINUS 5. PATHETIC SERVICE
