Dec 20,2024The gentleman who repaired my boiler, Kulwinder, travelled for over 2 hours to attend my repair, he was kind, knowledgeable and efficient. A credit to PFP. He also had to travel another 2hours to get home. A true gentleman.

Dec 17,2024Have been with places for people for nearly 5 years now and have had good service from them.Repairs especially emergency ones have been dealt with swiftly. The only area they could improve is letting customers know who their place manager is and how to contact them.

Dec 13,2024Absolute liar of a customer service agent for pfp bare faced lying over the phone to me about an initial phone call I had with him this morning. I am sat in my flat that stinks of raw sewage coming from my drains.Very Suseptable to infection due to my health conditions. This better be sorted by tomorrow. I have now been told that I don't have to be in because they need to access the outside drains by my property. If I come home tomorrow and I still smell sewage coming from my sink I am going to my MP and the press. Please don't bother to respond to this with an email asking meto respond to you by email. I’m not a tenant of places for people but I have an upstairs neighbour who for the past 2 years has a continuous leak from there soil stack the company has been out meany times and claims they have fixed the leak. It might have now finally been fixed but now refuses to fix the damage to my property. Now I need to clam my insurance costing me my excess £350 and not to mention my premium will go up . Dec 12,2024AND STILL THE LIES ON REPAIRS CONTINUE 15 TIMES FOR A GUTTER TO BE CLEARED,NOW POSTPONED A 15 TIMES TILL july.PFP DONT GIVE A DAMN ABOUT ITS TENANTS.I WAS PROMISED BY THE ESCALATION TEAM IT WOULD BE DONE DEC 12TH...and still the lies continue.estate managers that dont report any communal repair.the stupid excuse of workmen cant go up ladders "because its too high" yet they they carry ladders on the vans. PFPs new game make a repair date then cancel it.make a new one then cancel it.if you are looking for somewhere to live steer WELL clear of pfp.if you owe them £2 they send red letters threatening court.gas checks if you are not in they "will break in and charge the tenant for a new door and fitting £1000".each estate the landscapers grit etc.they rarely do charging each estate on average £9000 a year,scamming us tenants.find another landlord if you are looking ,they dont tell you about all this and the mind patients.peadophiles and alchoholics near/next to you.nice housing shame about the landlord.seven months on and 15 repair dates given and cancelled by them,because I am disabled and i have slight brain damage kelly street has put a DNVA (do not visit alone) like im going to hurt any of the worklads who think this is hilariouse taking the "p" out of her.still the lies continue and now threats from her.ive told her to get ----ed and am expecting more trouble.possible eviction.let the evening post and parliamentary ombudsman know.blocked them on computer and on phone.they are scamming all estates of up to £9000 a year for services they dont do ,expecting oaps up to 90 years old to come out and put their own grit down.the bible book of excuses is all they look at and use.a naff company with lazy liar staff with gobs like the mersey tunnel with threats.they are very discriminite against disabled,dont care if a peadophile drags your daughter by force down the street,the damp concern has now been made LAW by the government pretty ----ing pathetic as I now call them HAVE to come out to damp and mould properties.in short a landlord that should not be operating ,giving themselves bonuses and payrises for doing sod all.you kelly street.go get another job,you clearly cant do this. Dec 09,2024Absolutely hopeless.they promised they would not cancel me for the 3rd time and pinned it .got txt yesterday there still coming.i rang them at 2pm they said be here at 4pm at 3pm I get a text they cancelled my windows are not shutting it's freezing.and just been given another date Feb 2025 Avoid these they soon take your rent money!!!!!

Dec 09,2024I am Absolutely disgusted in the way I hsve been treated from places for people. Myself and a few neighbours reported hearing scratching noises coming from our attic this was 18 months ago we suspected vermin and after a neighbour saw them running through a hole at the bottom of the building we expressed this to pfp. They sent out a joiner who kicked the stones at the bottom of the building and went away. We continued to complain but nothing was done. 3 weeks ago housing officer got pest control out who got into my 2 neighbours attics, mines was missed because she had no access. Pest control returned just under 3 weeks and still could not get access, I had reported i was concerned prior to this because I had holes in my bedroom roof that was not there before. 3 days later I was sorting my Christmas decorations noticed strong smell of urine, droppings, saw vermin in my kitchen pest control came out set traps. I have a young son who has a very low immune system and asthma I got him out the house. Places for people has been Absolutely awful, I was told by them I could live there even though my sons doctors put in a back up letter to say this wasn't suitable for him. The pest control told me I couldn't live there like that, no entry exit point were found, evidence of vermin was and its been discovered 2 other buildings joined on has also got vermin. Places for people told me because pest control have now sprayed my property I could go back, I argued the point vermin was still in there and it's not safe but my housing officer and her manager were adamant it was fine to go back. After I asked the manager would you live like thst he replied no he wouldn't but he would then be paying for a hotel out his own pocket. Why should I have to pay for a hotel, I pay my rent, if they repaired this when it was reported this would not have happened. I have been back collecting belongings a week after this and their are still evidence of vermin droppings on furniture, my little boys toys. No other choice but to give up my tenancy.

Dec 08,2024Woke up this morning to a cold bungalow as the heating hadn't switched on.Checked the normal things and still didn't come on.Rang Pfp at 8am and by 11am a service engineer had arrived.Sorted the problem quickly and now back to a lovely warm property.Well done PfP ! Excellent service all round.

Dec 07,2024I think I am being discriminate against and being black mailed If I don't have some jobs dun your getting any jobs dun so I tried to contact my area manager to talk to them they don't get back in tuck but it's OK to make things right I have just paid out over 250 pounds to put my fance up because I got 5/6 dates but not dun so to make safe my property of places for people so is this the way forwards

Dec 02,2024I have been a tenant 20 years in 55 and over.pfp as I call them do NOTHING repair wise.we have overblocked gutters causing rivers of water pouring down our walls.the house next to our block and 4 of my neighbours in our block have damp and mould.a problem tree is still up causing all these problems even after their own building inspector told them about 5 years ago to cut it down immediately.the gardeners RARELY show up and lie about the hedge being cut by tractors,cherry pickers.weeds on the paths and kerbs over a foot high nothing done.our gutters have been postponed 5 times since 19 aug 2024 .NOTHING but lies,excuses,stupid remarks as with damp and mould "just paint over it" "cracks I cant see anything".we will clear your part of the gutter yet your neighbours have to report their own half ,this is from a dim witted little B on the pfp phone.the house tenants have 4 children living with damp and mould caused by this same tree.all this was escalated and I got more lies and more excuses.what was once a #1 landlord has turned out to be worse than the landlord from hell.a landlord worth around 2.7 BILLION pounds on the stock market.who cant even come and clear a gutter,cut down a problem tree.give excuses for everything.and yet they are trying to rent an empty one with damp and mould.a landlord has left me 60 and disabled to grit the estate for 19 years as they wont come and do it,after tearing my arm to shreds and disabilities im too ill to do it any longer..and because I rang them up and told them what I think of them I will probably be evicted..now -10 pfp..pityful for places area manager Debbie Steele call 07483926601 Neil moon waste of space and lies Tracy Jones lied They are trying to evict me why would I contact you back you are theatening eviction for telling the truth.you are nothing but timewasting liars

Dec 24,2024I assume that this is to do with the repairs to our central heating boiler. Generally, the engineers were great but the booking was a total disaster, with engineers not coming when we were told they would, and coming when they were not supposed to, with us being out! Complete mess and hardly instils confidence in the system. Time to sort it!!!
