Job well done. No mess.very nice well manered plumber.
Well apart from the repairs team not knowing their remit it was ace
Job ongoing not being done until may 2025. So can't comment on work yet
Very disappointed Generally I am satisfied not requesting much from PfP repairs have been dealt with. I was told we should have a new bathroom after 25 years still waiting to hear about that Also having to police drug dealers ourselves we have to fill in log book have done wait and see if they do anything, I am becoming very ill with coming and going bikes dogs in stair all day long, these dealers have the arrogance to move in and start dealing 3 weeks into tenancy, how do they manage to get a and keep tenancy, I have been with places for people over 25 years and feel very disappointed and upset they have done this to us again we had dealers below for over 6 years
They are absolute joke employers are cow boys
Places for people are pretty good at responding to a repair. Also they can be helpful with regards to rent and any concerns. One thing I think places for people could work on and that is keeping more in contact with tenants especially if they have a mental health problems or if they have a general disability and keeping in contact with the older tenants.
I have had my tenancy almost 5 years now, I've had no problems. All repairs are on time and dealt with professionally. I have no complaints.
When I spoke to someone about my arrears they was very understanding and I was able to set up a plan to pay my rent plus extra to pay off arrears
I have lived in an 55s building for over three years,at this very time the neighbors beneath me smokes weed every day, I have complained 3 times with an empty promise of someone reaching out We have a resident who sells drugs from his home and has given his customers the PIN number for the gate and to enter our building so ALL DAY LONG we have drug users entering the building or through “locked “ gates This problem had been reported to the manager for the last 8 months, she said she would have a warning sent to him , but then she left this position and told my neighbor she didn’t report him because nobody complained We are paying for security cameras that cost £10’000 but nobody looks at them even though we have given the day and time of the issues we have seen , the drug users are now using our washing machines and shower room , HOW LONG DO WE HAVE TO LIVE WITH THIS OUTRAGE , maybe until something disastrous happens and it’s too late
Lack of communication also takes far to long get get repairs done can be up to 2 months very poor service
Worst people I've ever had to deal with
Switches left off, important plugs left out, sharp debris on floors and carpets and a promise to return in two months!
Repairs defect - job not done appropriately.
I have requested an appointment three different times and they have all been closed for no apparent reason and without any prior notice. On the day of the appointment I receive messages saying there has been an overbooking or there has been a mistake made or there aren’t enough staff. It has been months of constant bookings and cancellations and I have had enough. Curtain racks have fallen, space has been left in the window, water leaking, doors unable to close properly because of poor arrangements and more.
The contractor was very pleasant, explained what work he was going to carry out and completed it in a very timely fashion. Took time to explain what he had done and what to do after he left. He mentioned came from PFP wellingborough I could not have had a better experience.
I love my home and would not want to be anywhere else. They respect me and during covid went out of their way to check i was ok especially leanne. I would wish in the future that some improvements could be split if for eg i bought a new radiator they would fit it for me providing the materials but the added security that it is done properly with trusted workforce. They went out of their way sending somebody to fix a leak he was respectful and really over qualified but otherwise i would have had to wait till next march to get this sorted. My grateful thanks to all concerned.
Not very quick to repair problems in the property this is a negative to me a lot slower than other landlords would be a big downfall
Places for people are absolutely atrocious at responding to & carrying out repairs or improvements. It’s like the office staff fail to communicate with the staff on the ground. The only way to get a response is to raise a complaint.
Was quick and friendly
