Places For People attended our property to repair our celing light fitting. Turned out it needed replacing. The operatives did the job smoothly and efficiently, and were very polite.

When I need repairs seen to they are often done fairly quick. Emergency calls are dealt with very efficiently too. My last housing officer (Catriona Fraser) was the best person I have ever dealt with in housing in over 20 plus years and this includes 2 other council areas.Sadly she has retired and will be missed. I've yet to hear anything from my new officer. The windows and kitchen are extremely outdated but no one seems bothered much just now! I pay my rent on time and I think this should earn me priority status,something I think you should consider for good tenants??? What about a weekly/monthly cash draw too.Or even just rewards to appreciate good tenants?? I've been with you for over 10 years and hope you want to keep me content by making things better. Hope this email will assist you.

I’m impressed at the way the gardens are maintained however the car park/road on the site badly need repairing. My front door which I think is very old needs replacing as in keeping with the neighbours. Depending how the wind blows when it’s raining it appears to be seeping in and lifting wallpaper. It smells on opening my front door to smell on wet paper on entering the flat.

Some things still need addressing such as phoning customer relations the instructions can hardly be heard, this isn't good after all not all elderly people have good hearing and after trying to hear the instructions it is sometimes easier to give up. This has also been remarked on by other residents.

Very good service from Matthew fitted 4 new heaters and took all the rubbish and cleaned up afterwards too and showed us how to use the heaters
