The space in the flats are too small, especially my kitchen and bedroom. Only the bathroom is to my suite. As it is now, am running out of space, need more space for my clothes. I am still unhappy about the emergency escape ramp that is not install. Another thing, I am still trying to find out at what stages or time does one becomes a long-term tennant?

Places for people are SCUM full stop, the workman they employ are useless unskilled morons, having lived in one of there damp bungalows for a couple of years they have done zero for me in anyway shape, or form, it was a dump when I moved in , and they offered nothing what so ever help to improve it , not even a bit of paint, they expect there tenants to spend money improving there properties, but won't help in anyway at all, they have let me down so many times to do the simplest of jobs, I've lost count of all the rubbish they spout , AVOID PLACES FOR PIGS YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED, I'm getting on and they have no regard for my age, and will let you down constantly, they make Peter Rachman seem like a fantastic landlord, they only want your rent, and then you can go screw-- yourself, Trash Landlord, PLACES FOR PEOPLE

Great news today they cancel a rain guard being put on back door as the gap under back door us so big I have rain comng in, the part didn't come in, pmsl are you kidding me? No heat, rain coming in door, no fire door, no co2 detector, bare wires coming out of wall. Pigstys for people deny this at your peril, I'm in touch with your custo.er focus group, you are and have been aware 6 months of these things, but still you let a little disabled lady sit with no valid heating, these energy vouchers you offered a month ago nowhere, you have done NOTHING, why because your slogan is why " community doesn't matter" that's more like the truth Yes I am also on your vulnerable list, but you don't care

This company has no regard for existing property owners or tennants. They open up their housing to absolutely anyone. The house they occupied is basically a drug den. Police are there daily, shouting and screaming in the cul-de-sac, windows smashed etc. It took a turn for the worse last week when a neighbour was taken hostage in that house - literally was tied up. PforP have acknowledged that there is an issue with their tennants, but dont seem to want to do anything about it. They need to consider people who have worked hard all their life just to buy a home in what was a perfectly good area.

They are okay. I’m not very happy with the quality of their repairs, I had to re-silicone the bath tub’s edge as it kept leaking, even after their repair. But at least they found the problem for me. I have to add, I was very amazed and am still very grateful for the new staircase they put in. The last one wasn’t level and (as it turned out) the banister wasn’t according current regulations, but at first they weren’t going to replace it, but somehow it got done. So I thank PfP for that one!

Again, this repair was reported several months ago, I had to take day off work and no-one turned up. On the on-line system the date (2nd) has been removed and no other date has been added I've received no phone calls or explanation why. HOW CAN YOU TREAT PEOPLE LIKE THIS

Outstanding repairs ignored for YEARS at a time. Talking about roof leaks, damp and mold issues.. The social housing regulator is now involved and yet i get a call yesterday saying that my repairs have have to be postponed again as they are busy. However, they never seems to busy when they put the rent up each year.

Once reported, repairs are promptly dealt with by polite, helpful staff. However, the landscaping problem, which has been a real issue for years, has yet to be resolved. Hence the 4 and not 5 star. Sorry!

I called regarding birds nesting under the solar panel and I was informed that I will be contacted by the team dealing with it. I got a call and was advised of the different stages which was excellent customer services as I know what to expect. I am waiting for an appointment as that are negotiating at the moment as advised.

Overall I have no reason to give any other rating. Repairs have been dealt with speedily and efficiently.. however I find logging in on the website annoying as details have to be entered twice to gain access. Why is this?

I have been waiting since the end of last October so nearly a year and fence , garden not been looked at or cleared repaired.i have phoned weekly and still no response from estate manager landscape it would help if we had a response email or phone call with an update

Not been happy since I moved in.ive phoned to speak to an housing officer and no one ever gets back.ive been robbed and the neighbours are noisy at all hours.You seam not to care about your tenants.as long as I live here,you will always get one star
