I have had no bother with getting my repears done
Very very bad and they don't care I have suffered fir many years with them I am a disabled person and for 5 years I have a leak from the bathroom ruined my flooring all over my flat for the last 5 years and they keep coming saying oh they going to fix it then they disappeared, the whole flat in a bad shape I reported it many times they don't care 😢 😔
I have now been waiting a year to have my back drain cleaned out. And I realise there are other issues, but to keep getting dates, then the day before texting to say it won't be done due to sickness, I think is poor. I have explained on numerous occasions that my back passage gets flooded out when we have heavy rainfall. Asy bungalow is tiny I have to need to store things there and so far I have had to throw so many things away. I find it extremely infuriating.

I moved here last November and didn’t have heating in my living room until January so I didn’t get a good start. However we are having an upgrade to our homes now so I hope it all goes well.
For the last few tears I've been trying to get the trees that are in front of my property cut down to a lower hight. They're over 30ft tall and it's like living in a cage all year round. I've taken my nets down to let extra light in and I'm still using lights during the day. We pay a maintenance fee in with our rent and owner occupiers also pay this. There are certain spots that the gardeners or anyone else for that matter pay absolute no attention whatsoever!!!! Where I live is one of these areas....I can understand why people don't want to pay ther maintenance fee because we're not getting the service that we supposedly pay for!!!! My complaint has been closed and they still haven't cut the trees down. Would have better chance getting blood out of a stone. Been in this property for 27 years and the last time these trees were cropped down was in 2015!!!!!! Didn't go back far enough for me to put the date of experience in!!!!!!

The jobs that the work men do their is no problem, it’s the people that you email they never answer or phone and the appointment is never sorted first time
No hot water or heating due to faulty pressure switch in boiler, engineer carried out a temp fix within hours on a saturday and ordered new part monday morning, part not available till wednesday sometime so appointment made for thursday which is when the same guy came back and carried out a permanent fix. Great service, kept informed of situation through out well done.
Im not happy regarding they way i have had to wait for a new kitchen and bathroom - I was told in a recent surgery that these should have been updated back in 2021 which was when i moved in so ive had alot of things wrong and this was never advised to me!

Outstanding an external repair been on the going for 16months still not completed. Places for people happy to take your money and demand you bend to there demands or the will break your door down and charge you for it. Getting a joke of a company.
We recently had a new bath fitted the guy who did it was amazing very professional The quality of workmanship is extremely high. His work manner very polite and curtious and he took all the rubbish away and left our property clean
