1. Kitchens and bathrooms need updating as not been done since been built 2. Rat problems 3. Need more security

I would like a new kitchen and bathroom and a fab in kitchen and a new fence outside ask all the time but nothing happens

Damp, mould and peeling ceiling paper still awaiting attention two years after it was reported. Window Cleaning that is included in RENT does not take place. Necessary tree surgery that is reported is ignored ! Home visits from Estate Management staff to elderly residents are not known to take place on a regular basis. Hostile tenants who abuse residents are never evicted, even when local Police recommend it. If there were a gas explosion that destroyed property and killed/maimed residents, I doubt we would see any Management representatives attend the scene !!!!

**Review:** If you value your safety and well-being, **stay far away from this place**. We've been here for over 3 years, and from the very beginning, we have been living in constant danger. **Every time it rains, the water leaks into the sockets**, creating an electrical hazard that could start a fire at any moment. This is not a new issue. **The management has known about it for years**, long before we moved in, as the previous tenants dealt with this for at least 5 years. Despite **constant complaints**, nothing has been done to fix the issue. On top of that, **mold has taken over the house**, making it impossible to live in a healthy environment. You'd think they’d take action with all these problems piling up, but they just don’t care. We’re on the **6th floor**, and the lack of proper insulation means we freeze in the winter. The heating system is a joke, and they’re well aware of it. The negligence and disregard for tenant safety are unbelievable. **This place is a disaster waiting to happen**, and they don’t care who gets hurt. Avoid this place at all costs!

Just had to make 2 calls to the finance department , waited over 30 mins each time although the calls were due to Tendring D.C delays ? But 1 hour on the phone ? (Thought I was ringing my doctors the amount of time I was on the phone ??)

Jobs being booked where I am having to book a days annual leave then the job being cancelled with no notification and then not being informed of the new date it is getting ridiculous

Repairs are not getting done have to wait months for them to come and even moving them back again approximately waiting 6 months

Poor condition to accommodation. Don't turn up when suppose to fix things. No communication about works. Shabby accommodation. Always needing repairs. Best to avoid as your landlord. Go somewhere else.

Good communication and general helpfulness. There is a need to keep on top of modern technology in such areas as efficient heating systems, electricity-powered cars, and charging points.
