Mostly all good the is always room for improvement.
Joiner turned up on time, rang one hour prior to say he was on his way.Did his job and cleaned up afterwards
Always polite and helpful workers
If I have any questions always answered fast, same with any repairs, either in my home or the building (lift) because I'm disabled can't use the stairs.
Overall Places For People are doing OK. My main criticism is that we are not informed when work which requires scaffolding is about to begin. All I see is scaffolding going up and not knowing what the job is, how long the job is going to take and when the scaffolding will be removed. Scaffolding reduces building security, especially when it has been there for some time. I have seen scaffolding still there for months at a time. More control over the tepairr work is required so that times and costs can be minimised. We should be informed of repair work either by email and/or notice board. Regards Brian Hilton
Up to now very good service, ie reported broken shower repaired the next day . When we moved in we was told the front door will be replaced and we would receive a phone call from Lancashire Double Glazing , that was almost 3 months ago still not heard from them,
Disappointed in the way things have been done and waiting times. It's been nearly a year for me to put up with the damp in my kitchen. First appointment was for August to get the work done, they couldn't do it because needing 2 tradesman together, when they turned up they didn't know why they were there. I'm having to wait until the end of November now for both tradesman to be here together.
Because they say I'm getting a job repair done but it's never followed up unless me the customer rings up
Repairs are not seen to quick enough with the price of rents tenants expect a better service than what we are getting at the moment
None to report
absolute jokers joiner turned up to fix boiler not gas safe registered office staff tried to blag me this is a safety and safe guarding issue this company should not be allowed to carry on leaving vulnerable adults at risk for months and charging high rents there maintenance teams seem to be un qualified and not tradesmen .they sent a plaster out 1 to do the roof no ladders or scaffold.
Better service doing jobs what needs done like my fence wich I complained 5 times had end up getting someone to do it now I'm out of pocket
Not for the first time my appointment was not kept now waiting for another appointment but no phn call from the company quantum yet
Im very happy the service is great
I have been with PFP for 14 yrs as a resident and they've some good staff working in the customers centre. My experienced with them are good and promptly answered the phone whenever they're not busy. PFP tried to meet my needs as much as they can with swift response and reliable appointments.
since living here we have been perfectly happy with our experience. Do think, however, that the Broadside fencing should have another line to be safer for visiting grandchildren.
Living here at Mellors Court for the last year and a half I have been fairly comfortable in general. I’ve found the company very helpful in every circumstance. Following a meeting a few months back with residents, former manager and two ladies from other entities I was pleased to know that some of the matters which arose have since been addressed and promises made for others to be attended to. I am also happy to have the assurance that someone would call at times to check to see if us the residents are okay or have any needs. Many thanks to the Team
