Service and communication.
I reported a repair in December 2023 and I’m still waiting for it to be completed I ring every week and get told the same thing but am not able to escalate the repair any further ??!!!! I get told the same thing every week useless !!!!!!!!
I don’t have any Problem with this company
parasites of people, useless housing association, wish they disappeared
I have waited since May to have a cracked window see to plus tiles hanging of walls. One appointment I waited in they never came rang to see why said it had been cancelled. No one told me.The other they changed from August to Dec 19th!!!!!
Well for one me and the wife have been married for 18 years and have asked for the names on the tenancy to be changed, from Linda Graves to Linda Docherty and it hasn't.We work on a monthly pay system where sometimes there's 5 Weeks in a month so we are a week behind before paying the rent and we always get letters to tell us we are in dept.We have been tennants for coming up to 27 years and never had a paint brush on the exterior of the property and never had our kitchen or bathroom with any modernization and certainly no invitation of purchasing the said property. Many thanks.
The service charges go up so much its a worry to me, but 2 residents have been told £70 is being taken of, but I have not received a letter about this why,
Plumber repaired my hot water. Very efficient and friendly
They eventually get the job done when it’s reported but no one has looked round the house for the last eight years.
Customer service is not great constantly chasing after 10 working days an ongoing issue that is yet to be resolved. No case management via CCA team for complex cases - the CCA chases but never calls back. There seems to be no escalation process when service requests fail to be adhered to. Still waiting for issues to be resolved in regards to mold and damp. I sent a new repairs list of all repairs needed in the kitchen. The operative attended and advised he would take pictures. Pictures were taken and sent to trade supervisor and then I chased every week for an update on action did works. Complaint was raised and reviewed - compensation offered and accepted along with the agreement they would be doing the work on the kitchen to ensure that it was able to be fit for intended purpose. Works still yet to commence.
More telephone contact numbers to report repairs. Prompter service carrying out repairs. Better maintenance of estate. Better awareness of tenants everyday problems. In all, better management!
The people I deal direct with PfP are really helpful. I have nothing but praise for Pfp 10/10
On 9 out of 10 occasions I have had to call p4p, I have had a good experience, staff have been very helpful and supportive and I would to take this opportunity to thank them, especially my tenancy support officer, Maria Mucha, she has been great and needs a pat on the back. I can't give a specific date, as my experience has been over the year of my tenancy, so I'll make one up.
Over the past few years I have been dissatisfied with the repair service. It took 4 months to repair my bedroom ceiling because of dampness and mould the ceiling fell in. Ive now had 3 different dates to repair the living room door, each date I was given I’ve had to change my arrangements for that day to make sure I was at home for the joiner to turn up and they never did.😡 I don’t have any faith in anyone turning up in November either it’s ridiculous that it takes 3/4 for a simple joinery repair.
They always deal with my issues and attend to them accordingly. But they is always room for improvement.
always came on time and did a good job.
Tell you more about my experience WHY p4what ever won't do anything.
Good customer services
Good professional service, responds quickly to the needs

Sep 30,2024I phoned on Friday 27th September about my kitchen roof where the felt had once again come loose and folded over and was dangerous l was told someone would come out and make it safe but no one came out so I phoned again Saturday and was told bluntly it was not an emergency and to phone back Monday which I have done and was told that they have put it as urgent and someone would be out within 24 hours so I am now waiting.
